Thanks @SAGuy! Happy to try answer this from my experience
When in Thailand I generally only eat between 11am-7pm, which regulates body to an extent.
Build up slowly. For example, I wouldn’t go with “Notto size” at the start of my holiday, more towards middle-end. Otherwise, I’d be put out of commission lol.
    Also, loads of lube!

How do people have anal sex (receiving) every day? Asking for a friend. Bodily functions may be an obstacle depending on what you eat, how you digest, especially unstable due to traveling. Sex activities especially with a large or aggresive top (hello Fiat, hi Notto) may also impact how that part of your body functions the next day. It seems to be 1-2 times per week is a maximum, with plenty of precautions (paying attention to food to try to regulate transit and touching every time, but not too much so as not to disturb your inside in another way). This low frequency is a bit frustrating. How do other people do? How to bottom LBs do whom I assume can receive anal daily or more? Or do gay people do? Any special relaxing cream to use? Any tips? I searched a bit online cannot find anything really useful.

I think this is a great topic for @Kingdomguy to answer, as he is the uncrowned 'Legend', with up to 5 liaisons in a day!

Herehai is a small restaurant, about 25 minutes from Thong Lor BTS station.
The food and service was excellent.
We had the crab omelette, tom yum prawns, mantis shrimp, and the crab fried rice.
Each dish was a feast for the senses. If I return, I would order the same dishes.
Service was excellent without being intrusive.
Best of all was that the total came to only 2000B, which is inexpensive. The only issue is the wait times as the restaurant is very small so the lines are long.
but if you love Thai food this is really a must visit. This is on par with Jay Fai.

Maitria is close to both the MRT & BTS stations, roughly 650m, so this is always a good thing and it is something I always lookout for. The walk to trains is comfortable and fast.
I have been with Adelphi Grande for the past 7 years (roughly 2 visits a year) and have been comfortable with them. Unfortunately, staff turnover is very high so that’s a negative. Before that it was Parchara Suites on soi 6 (now Parkroyal).
The people at Maitria are good. Well most of them.
Housekeeping is spot on, and this is very high on my list. I never fail to see housekeeping, already cleaning rooms when I leave at 930am.
Breakfast was a little sparse (although coffee was good), but I guess that is to be expected at this price point.
There is a small laundrette in the basement, which is a useful feature to have.
The room layout is awkward, and furniture placement makes it very difficult to move around and be comfortable. So this was a negative for me. Not something I’d care to repeat.
The bed was spectacular, one of the better features in the room but I just wished the WiFi connection was better.
I booked the studio grand deluxe, 2,600B nett per day, with breakfast.

I had planned. 2 week stay with them but I came down with Bronchitis while on a food binge in Yaowarat on the 2nd day. Doctors on the 3rd day, and I got a flight back home on the 4th day. All my plans, down the drain!!! Ah! Well.

My trip in Sept last year had a return flight BKK to Melb by Thai Air.
Turned up at 9.30 pm for a 12.05 am flight. Seareched the board. Nothing there. Went to their ticketing office and asked what what was going on.
Oh no, that flight has been changed to 8.00am
I had to rebook for the following day. Cost me taxi fares, another night in the hotel etc etc. Total of about $250.00 with all the screwing around. Would have found out if they had the courtesy to notify me of the flight change, but no. Did not do it.
I had booked about 3 months prior so they had time.
Sent them an email asking for compensation but you can guess what happened about that!

@Ross77 I did indeed enter at the doors furthest away from the desk. If memory serves me correctly at the time there was also a small door close to the lifts with direct access to T21.
The Japanese style toilets did my head in, a degree in computer science was needed just to flush.

For a sex tourist like myself, the overall perception of Thailand is a super-duper excellent paradise, but for my ex-wife not so much.
If this is for an academic study, please remember to cite my name in the foot-notes as well the references section. I love fame, no matter how small it is. Thank you.

Thanks. Similarly for me as well in that I never use the facilities like the gym, pool and bar. So just need a decent room and shower. Mirrors might be a nice addition.

I have stayed in Galleria 10 a few times. It’s was good for the price. During the day I am always out so never use the pool or the bar. Never had any issues and I always bring back from CIB.
Citadines on 11 have bigger rooms but a lot of noise from the bar’s outside. So loud it’s difficult to sleep.

Citrus 5 years ago was a fantastic hotel, starting to show some serious wear and tear now though. But for mongering it’s great, the night receptionist was always some old fella, never battered an eyelid when I rocked up with Oum, ploy, and Bewty 1 night.

I agree with @taaseesanuk, Hopeland in Soi 8 is a nice and affordable place. Enjoyed many nights there last year.
I can also recommend Travelodge in Soi 11, similar price range. A little further from WN and CIB, but crawling distance from Cindy's

I would opt for soi 11 just purely because there is so much going on. Can grab freelancers yards from the hotel, good restaurants and bars. Citadines in soi 8 is quite far down the soi and is very quiet. As far as the hotels themselves, they are much of a muchness.

I stayed on Soi 8 recently at The Hope Land, it was absolutely fine, about 100 meters past the main action so fairly quiet.
It looked more like a long termers kind of place with a small kitchenette set up. No laundry option so you need to walk up the Soi to the wash lady.
For me, you can't beat Citrus Suites, positioned between 6 & 4 so everything Nana related is literally on your doorstep,  the cut through ally takes you into
Soi 8 in 5 minutes. Both of these are within the 1500-2k bracket with Citrus being the   better quality.

Citadines on soi 11 would’ve been a cheap option. Haven’t stayed there since 2018, so couldn’t give you an up to date review. But always consistently between 1600-2000b generally.

    Frank,
Just confirm with your accomodation if you will be able to have a "joiner"/ "guest" in your room. Usually if you have booked a double for two adults it should be ok but double check. The action is between Soi 3 and soi 23 Sukhumvit so check the map on your booking site. If you google joiner friendly hotels a few will come up. Personally I would recommend a swimming pool in the hotel choice. Dont worry about breakfast included, if you have a big night you will wake up late and miss breakfast, but breakfast outside on the street is cheap.
The "bars" will have rooms but you will pay not just for the LB but also the barfine and the room. If you take a LB from a bar to your hotel you will still pay the barfine and whatever the LB charges either Short Time or Long Time.
If you pick up a freelancer on the street they may have a short time hotel for $300 - $450 for 1hr or 2hr or 3hr.
If you decide to invite a freelancer to your room and your hotel is cool with it then just pay for the LB which may be between 1200 - 3000THB.
Freelancers also have profiles on Thai Friendly. Download the Thai Friendly app and put up your own profile when you get to Thailand.
Also download the Line App, which is WIFI enabled message/audio calls/video calls.
A lot of chat here on the forum is about the "bars" but it is pricey and many cross-dressers and fem-boys not transexual (boobs/ chicks with dicks).  However security and peace of mind (to a certain degree) is found in the bars.
Try not to get too drunk during your stay, keep your wits about you.

Long gone. These freak shows were actually more common in a handful of bars in Phuket/Patong Beach.  Curiosity got the better of me and I took in a show in Phuket. Ping pong balls, razor blades, and 50 yards of yarn emerged from pussies you would never want to explore. Other pussies smoked cigarettes and tried (and failed) to blow smoke rings, and fired ping pong balls and darts at targets. Weird? Yes. But also surprisingly boring.

For backing up your files and data on laptop or desktop. It is easiest to buy some 2.5" external hdd like these https://www.techradar.com/news/best-external-desktop-and-portable-hard-disk-drives
any external hdd should be fine. they all work the same.
if you want to be really sure no files are lost. Buy 2. tape them together and use windows storage spaces to make them mirror each other.(they have to be empty when you do this) that way you never lose any data if another hdd breaks. other still works. Just buy new one.
Also make sure you take "image" from your windows drive to external hdd with programs like this https://www.easeus.com/backup-software/tb-free.html
(MAC has similar thing called time machine. works great too.) (that program also works in mac)
that way if windows gets fucked up you can easily just go back one or more days when things worked fine. also if your laptop gets stolen or breaks. you can easily put the image in new laptop.
with programs like that you can set it automatic to take image every day and backup other files too automatic.
No more lost pictures/videos and other important stuff and memories.
