I have always stayed in the deluxe suites here and get a great monthly deal . The staff a fantstic,The suites are huge and the beds very comfortable but after my last stay in November it will be my last. The suites are starting to look a little ragged about the edges, but the nighly fight to try and walk from the suk to the hotel, is too much. Alco carts footpath restauriants and zilch room on the road. Like wandering through a inner Dehli suburb.
On my next visit I will be try AirBB down on the river, easy to get to nana and cowboy by MTR and a taxi home afterwards. AirBB deal seesm good. I will be there beginning of march so I will let you know.
Soi 11 went from a place for a nice gentle stroll to madness in only three of four years incredible IMHO not nice.

So, even if you are on Truvada, the odds are that you'll be infected within 6 months even at a slow
pace of sex every other day. Of course, this presumes you're having sex every time with a + person with
Truvada being the only line of defence.
 
However, if you are randomly picking LBs off the street then the odds actually improve in your favor. Because
say 1 in 100 LBs is +. Then the probability of being infected in one encounter drops from 0.01 to 0.0001.
Which means the chance of safety increases to 0.9999. And, 0.9999^1000 = 0.90, so even after a 1000
encounters your odds are good.
 
To my mind the danger pointed to here is from a regular LB or GG you like well enough to see regularly and
are so comfortable with that you suck, swallow, BB, etc. If she somehow goes and gets infected from another
person while still in that semi-relationship with you then you are (unknowingly) running a really lousy
risk of catching something, especially in the initial stages of her infection when nothing shows outwardly
(and she may not even be aware) but the viral load is high.
 
Conclusions are (1) randomize your LBs, i.e., no regulars (2) cover up with regulars or (3) have
yourselves frequently checked.

I went to BNH Hospital at Silom for STD testing this morning, the doctor (a really nice old fellow) examined me and suggested that I should take a good flush of Antibiotics instead and gave me a bottle of Azithromycin based antibiotics to kill possible gonorrhea and chlamydia infections. (He said exactly what you guys are saying here, oral is relatively safe.)
BNH service was way above excellent, they were fast, really polite with an OK level of english. All together I paid 1825 baht for the examination, nurse and medication and it took about a bit more than an hour.
 
I would honestly recommend their service, it was very efficient, clean and professional!

I would have had my '05 radical prostatectomy in BKK (probably at BNH, where all my lab work is done) had not the frequency of prostate cancer and operations been so low in SE Asia. I opted for experience and had it done by a Miami urologist who was working on his 1400th or so. Ugly nurses, uncaring attitude, and both longs clogged with pulmonary embolisms. The crash cart and a strong heart from bicycling saved me, but BNH would have been the wiser choice! Perhaps even would have saved me from radiation in '07.

I actually like a big ass, although not humongous.. Still I would never recommend anyone to do it as it sounds riskier than breast implants.. As I understand it the doctor injects the stuff into the fat tissue, which sounds pretty irreversible. An lb friend of mine who did it ended up with great results (envied by all lbs we met), but she experienced a lot of stiffness and some pain, and asked me several times to massage her... And who knows what it will feel/look like in 15-20 years. But there seems to be a prevailing attitude among a lot of lbs that their life will somehow end when they hit their early 30s... I'm not sure if getting middle-aged is a part of their woman fantasy self-image at all, which is a bit sad.

Think its part of many Ladyboys self image thats the problem, never 100% happy with what they see.

I have seen quite a few LBs going for this over the last couple of years. One being Tata from what was Ezy Bar in Pattaya. She clearly asked what the surgeon would recommend for her size and decided to triple what he said Equally, a similar conversation must have taken place when getting her silicone implants. Im certainly not dissing Tata, as she is larger than life and this perhaps suits her personality.
