Recent article about taking DoxyPEP from 26th April this year. Looks like some specialists in some countries are now questioning whether or not it is a good idea. The initial reaction was positive but now concerns are being raised about drug resistance and the efficacy of it. A bit of a read and gets a bit technical, but it may be a useful read if you need to see any information before you decide to take it. Anal carries risk of injury if no lube, too vigorous. But that aside, unless frequency is very high, the risk of a loose sphincter is quite low( loads of studies have done). Of course age is a factor. Also, the risks in medical studies ( which are not that frequent in this space) are relative and not absolute.
