Stumble Inn my all time favourite. I visit here every time I visit Bangers. You cannot beat this view at night, with all the street food vendors in full swing. Great people watching, especially all the working girls/lbs stopping off to grab something to eat.

I added Rest Hub to the people-watching bars because they often have good bands.  

The real question is how is it determined who is transsexual and what criteria was used for the determination. Does that just mean people who simply self-identify as trans,  or does it mean people who have started hormones and/or surgery, or people who are living full time as opposite sex but don't use hormones, or does it mean all of the above combined? I have always been skeptical of numerical figures presented by experts about gender ID and sexual behavior. You never know what the criteria they used when they did their calculations.

My girlfriend ate a basket of insects at Asiatique. I thought it was grasshoppers but it may have been large crickets. To be honest, I don't know and I don't care. It's just one more "exotic" Thai food tradition that needs to be avoided by thinking farangs, like eating durian or putting ice cubes into a beer.

I spent 60% of my 45 year career in hotels. Much of the time I had no choice in booking, and about half the time I had to sleep during the day and worked at night. Renovations were literal nightmares. The standard tool used is a hammer drill, and no matter where it is used, it reverberates throughout the property. Stay away when you have a choice!!!

Good idea to ask for a recommendation. You dont want to eat at a place that will make you feelawful !

If you are staying there just call reception and ask (if you are embarrassed to pop down to the counter). Trust me they won't bat an eyelid. Bkk reception staff have seen everything. Ok, maybe not a dwarf LB with 3 tits. But short of that you are not going to surprise them.
 
I used to be the same way at first when I stayed at hotels before moving here permanently. But then I soon realized that hotels give a rat's ass what I do in my room as long as I don't trash it. They have dozens of guests checking in and out everyday and likewise guests of guests.

Backup your phone and do a complete reset of your phone. Settings -> Erase -> Erase all content and settings.
 
Once your device is wiped and the OS is reinstalled, if you still experience issues, you can pretty much conclude that its a hardware issue. I agree with Boomerang that it sounds like a major problem, but it also could be due to you installing a corrupt app or screensaver or anything that modifies the OS. Cache is definitely not the issue.

Should all of the above or whatever follows this post fail, or should you find yourself around Nana after hours and famished, you can always rely on getting some decent food at Took Lae Dee.
While not falling into the category of elegance as other places. it should not disappoint you.
 
Took Lae Dee means cheap and good in Thai, and its long food counter, which can be found inside any branch of Foodland supermarkets, has appeared in countless numbers of Thai movies and thus is well known throughout the country. The food is nothing over the top, but its regulars swear by it, and many visitors to Thailand end up spending days and hours there, lingering over the big breakfasts, including toast, eggs, bacon, ham, sausages, orange juice and tea or coffee. Think of that local cheap hangout diner back in the USA and you can see why Took Lae Dee is a success, not to mention that you can go shopping in the supermarket while you are there.
 
The branch in Soi 5 attracts the odd freelancer...so you never know what bargains you may get.

I think a few of you guys need to wake up a little bit. PREP is not a silver bullet.

Most guys aren't fucking numerous hookers on a daily basis. If you are flying to Thailand and swallowing cum of multiple hookers, you are in the very small minority and are at much higher risk than any average person. Sure, a guy in the west who goes out and barebacks a random here and there is probably going to be protected against the occasional exposure, but guys who are mongering with several ladyboys who are getting fucked daily and possibly multiple times per day are at a much higher risk than any average guy.
 
I'm not saying you're surely going to catch anything, but when I hear things like "If you're taking PREP it's a non-issue", it's really silly. Prep is just a drug, and HIV is a a virus... It only take exposure to one mutated strain of HIV for your PREP doused body to mean nothing. It only takes one instance of drinking/eating something that has not been studied in conjunction with the drug to decrease it's concentration in your bloodstream as well.
 
By all means, if you're willing to take PREP, keep taking it. But don't take it and consider ridiculously high-risk activity as a "non-issue"... It would be virtually impossible to study a large subset of guys that engage in consistent mongering. There is always a risk no matter what drugs you take, and while I do support you taking antiviral drugs, do not consider yourself safe because of them. Even if you've lowered your risk substantially, people do win the lottery, and people do end up in car crashes when they say "It'll never happen to me."

Way overpriced. See my link a few posts back. About TB1200. I have used the same service at BKK twice and it is totally worth it. Much easier than crutches!!
