Take the PEP, live your life and be happy. In future consider PrEP for yourself instead of asking a ladyboy her health status. You know they are lying to you as their lips are moving. Take a 4th generation antigen/antibody test in 4-6 weeks time if you are concerned, full blood draw from a vein, not finger prickly. You will be OK, unless there are other incidents. 

If you get the PEP on time the risk should be very low,  plus the risk are generally low with swallow In term of the reaction its not common for LB to go mental on anything.  Even if we know of a case doesn't mean it is likely to happen as still what we know of in a small sample.  Just remember they need a do a test I think in 3 months after to get all the clear.

Honestly I've never heard of them but if as you say they're offering competitively prices seats from the UK via Frankfurt then they'd definitely come into my thinking. Especially as at the moment transiting through the Middle East is best avoided in my opinion. Please let us all know how you get on.
