In Pattaya, you may want to look at Page 10 on Soi 10 between Beach Rd. and 2nd road. Page 10 has 8 floors, all of the rooms have balconies. It's 5 minute walk from 69 Bar and about 15 minute walk to Sensations. Central Festival mall is right around the corner. It's LB friendly, and several LBs work the front desk and in the restaurant. The rooftop pool is probably 35 meters, but is rectangular and works well for lap swimming.

The rooms have minimalist decor. If you can, spring for a suite on the 8th floor, because they are nicer than standard rooms. Below is a link to Oyster.com detailing the hotel with pics, but Oyster doesn't have any pics of the suites. I took this pic of LB Ammy in one of their suites back in August 2016, when we down to Pattaya for a few days. This is the only pic I have of the suites. It also shows how Ammy screwed me in the ass during a single trip to the mall in exchange for me screwing her in the ass all week long LOL.

    1) Yes of course I know she's a ladyboy. I wouldn't been seen dead with anyone that bleeds for four or more days and doesn't die.

    2) more than you make in a month

    3) Don't worry yourself as she'll be tied up for the duration

Should all of the above or whatever follows this post fail, or should you find yourself around Nana after hours and famished, you can always rely on getting some decent food at Took Lae Dee.
While not falling into the category of elegance as other places. it should not disappoint you.

Took Lae Dee means cheap and good in Thai, and its long food counter, which can be found inside any branch of Foodland supermarkets, has appeared in countless numbers of Thai movies and thus is well known throughout the country. The food is nothing over the top, but its regulars swear by it, and many visitors to Thailand end up spending days and hours there, lingering over the big breakfasts, including toast, eggs, bacon, ham, sausages, orange juice and tea or coffee. Think of that local cheap hangout diner back in the USA and you can see why Took Lae Dee is a success, not to mention that you can go shopping in the supermarket while you are there.

The branch in Soi 5 attracts the odd freelancer...so you never know what bargains you may get.

I tried Sushi Masa out today for the 1st time and must say I agree with you about the quality of the food. It's a simple restaurant in an unassuming local neighbourhood not far from Siam Square but in my opinion the sushi is on par with the much more fancy Japanese restaurants in places like Siam Paragon etc. I also spend just over 2000b, which for me is quite acceptable for high quality sushi.

The Unagi was also my favourite

Spicy tuna was good but next time I'll try something else on the menu

    The toro was sublime

In Terminal 21, there is Sushi Express on the floor 4 or 5. Quality is decent and they have the conveyor belts, which is a kick. It attracts some
Japanese folks, so they are doing something right. There is another place called Fuji in the food court. They serve sushi, but it's more
like a Japanese fast food place. Fuji is a ladyboy favorite, for what that's worth. Two different girls had me take them there for lunch.

Down in the basement at Terminal 21 is another Japanese place - cannot recall the name of it - they serve sushi, but the prices put me off a
bit and I didn't dine there. It was also attracting Japanese customers, so they may be worth a try if you can locate them.

I have also seen several Japanese places on Soi 33, but haven't dined in any of them. I am not sure they welcome farangs / gaijin.

I have been staying in this hotel for the past 4 years now and I must say I am quite happy overall.
First of all, I like the location on soi 6, makes it very close to action in Nana but still being in a quiet soi.
It is very easy to find for taxi drivers and close to nana BTS walking either way on soi 4 ( for a busy soi) or soi 6 ( for a quiet walk)

Staff is friendly and very helpful. Rooms are quite big and clean.
It is possible to get a suite or a room with balcony for extra money, no point for me since the classic deluxe room is pretty good.
Beds are big enough for 3somes or 4somes and very comfy and dont require joiner fees.
Rooms are very quiet and the construction of the building is that good that I usually sleep with no AC .
The bathroom is big and clean with Shower and BathTube, room service is usually fast and always available.
There is a large pool on the third floor with delivery food or beverages if needed.

Prices start at 1900 THB a night for the regular room, not cheap sure but worth it
    Here are some pictures :

Ok so I know this in the Bangkok forum but I thought it might be useful to post a hotel review of a place in Pattaya for those who are interested.

For the size of the room, the cleanliness etc the place was pretty cheap I thought. Below are the standard rates but was a bit cheaper online.

There is a 2000THB deposit when you checkin, to be honest I had completely forgotten about it when I checked out and they reminded me which was nice.

It was very ladyboy friendly, I only ever took one at a time and there was no fee.

The room service (food) was ok and it was close to all the action on Soi Buakhao. There are frankly ladyboys everywhere in this area.

There is a laundry directly opposite the hotel (it was cheap enough but not as cheap as the one on soi 4, Nana that charges per bag instead of per item).

You get a couple free bottles of water each day, and if you get up too late for room cleaning they leave fresh towels and more water outside your door.

There are a couple of convenience stores nearby, as well as a Tesco and TT Exchange place.
It is actually hard to think of anything negative.

I didn't use the pool so can't comment on that but looked good.

Shower is electric but was fine:

I stayed in two rooms at the hotel and both had a balcony with a table, chairs and ashtray that could be taken outside(I don't smoke but useful if you have a ladyboy that does).

    No mini bar but coffee...

    Free Wifi was fine.

Safe was big enough for a laptop:

Fogus from Sensations that is just round the corner who I spent most of my time with:

    Hi all,

I thought that it might be my turn contribute towards the forum.

I arranged a short time with a now favourite of mine, however struggled to find a nice short time room which i like, rather than the dirtly broken down room in some places.

I came across hotel 99, which has been around for a while however to my surprise stil in good shape aspecially the condition and the layout of the room.

To get there from the main road, you will see the hotel 99 signs with the arrow, on the roof lining.
From the rear is accessed through the laneway out the back.
I found that there was no problem eitherway.

The room was entrance to the room was one the road level behind the curtance.
Once inside, i found the rooms clean with lots of mirrors and the round bed, with the fun chair being a special touch to the circumstances.
The shower rooms were good and pleasant to use.

I can keep on talking about it however i will let the photos give you a general idear of the place.

Would i use the place again, hell yes, i would reckonmend it, but that is just my thought.

Both times i booked a package on their website, that included: 2nights, breakfast buffet, early check in, and private transfer airport-hotel.
Sorry for not remember the exact price i paid.
The room was very quiet, and this is very important for me.
ID check, and phone call when your guest leave.
Breakfast buffet was good with a big choice.
Unfortunately no swimming pool nor gym.

oh, and is super guest friendly, you can bring back 2 LBs for 3some without any extra fee.

A quick review of this hotel as I stayed there for 2 nights last week.

I was contemplating on which hotel to stay as I usually stay in the Majestic Grande down near Nana but when I learned of the construction in front of Rajah complex which means the shortcut is no longer there (I did walk over to verify when I visited), I finally decided on Cozy Ten mainly because of it's proximity at CIRB, which I did spent two nights in.

Cozy is a basic, but clean place. Generally quiet, as my room faces the garden (as seen in picture 2) which is quite nice. Shower head is powerful and heater works very well for those that likes hot water. Towel are very soft and actually smells good. Air-conditioning is cool and the wifi works reasonably well, no problem for me doing emails or browsing. There's also a computer in the room (just remember to log out from your gmail before you check out... the previous chap left his login on...).

Location wise it's perfect for those that wants to spend most of your time at CIRB, as this hotel even has a backdoor right opposite the bar. It is also a nice 10-15 minutes walk to Nana Plaza, and easy 5-10 minutes walk to the Asok BTS and Terminal 21.

They give you the room key attached a large plastic keychain, which they expect you to deposit with them when you leave the hotel (you can of course carry it around in your pocket...). No problems with bringing girls back (obviously), although initially I was a bit uncomfortable as there was a family sitting upfront at the reception... but then again, I thought, I'm not the first and certainly not the last to bring guests back... LOL... Next morning, there's quite a cute receptionist too which I wouldn't mind to bring back to my room... soft spoken, slim lady.

I paid THB1,600 nett per night, which includes a breakfast at the cafe next door - serving scrambled eggs with toast and fruits.

Stayed at Paradiso for my short trip last Christmas. Had a deluxe room. Rooms are not very big but are ok for a few nights stay. And very clean. The best part was the big shower, enough room to shower together and have some pre bed fun with the girl you take in the room.
Yes, there is no online booking from Paradiso website but they reply quickly to emails. Or you can book through Booking.com or Agoda.

I have read many reviews about Nana hotel. Even though i have been to BKK many times, but never stayed here because i felt intimated by all the hardcore action around it. I always stay at majestic suites which i highly recommend.
Since majestic suites had no beds available, i had to go for nana as it suited my budget and the location is just perfect, although i dont visit bars, i do seem to enjoy the vicinity of all the action.
When i first checked in, i felt staff at nana were rude and unfriendly and rooms were old with outdated interior, furnishings and facilities. But as i stayed a day and two, i realized not making mindless conversation doesn't make them rude. people here just mind their own business and you do yours. No fake customer service drama. Just stay, fuck and get out. Its a need based facility really. Although i miss the coffee maker and coffee supplies in my room. One reason i love majestic suites.
Staff seems to be as old as the furniture and establishment itself.
I havent tried the swimming pool yet, perhaps tomorrow i might.
I must admit complementary breakfast is better here. More variety and generous since its a buffet.
I might consider repeating Nana if i get my coffee fix.

I used Nana hotel as a day base for those Lk gentlemen transits from late morning to catch a midnight flight.I am usually staying a majestc grande that is another league of course
Nana fits a prurpose for those budget minded, but still on the mid high, seen that the real budget minded target less than 1000bht.
Friends reported the swimming pool is good and has quite some sun exposure, can't say that of majestic grande, I am afraid.
Rooms at NH are old and tired same as some bathrooms. There is a set of rooms with refurbished bathrooms, but not many.
    A lottery to get them.
Staff, as you say, seem to be there since the openings, and so are some porters.
Despite being such used venue for mongering base, the reception and cashier behaves like a 5+* hotel in terms of handling everything..
there is a relatively old lady as a cashier that surely has seen the whole history of the hotel.
And the guests.... the guests are a reason to call in that place.
You will see some Vietnam war survivors for sure and there is none of the corean war for the simple reason age has taken their toll.
A few of them I see anytime I am around (I use the inhouse MP for special "hairdown" shaving and haircut, still old way of barber shop): they must live there no other reason or coincidence.
One guy, with a cowboy hat, on a wheelchair is always on the smoking terrace surrounded by a few aged WG.
Others do chat about their times (and I do mean decades ago if you listen to them) in the confortable soft armchairs and sofa of the lobby.
You can watch the traffic go by.
ST Visitors and LTR of old men and their similarly old teerak, more of a nanny in some cases.
A few metres away is the heart of the BKK nightlife as known.
Get out of the lobby and a bunch of taxi drivers offer you to take you to Pattaya, no matter what time of the day or night.
The car park entrsnce is still seeing the patrol of young ladies doing their trade, mixed with other kind of girls probably having more business than the genuine ones. Sign of today trend.
Since a few months a corner of the csr park, against the wall separating to the gas station next, there is a van hosting a sort of Mexican bar serving food too.
    You have it all.
Long life to Nana Hotel. The last of the Mohicans by all means.

I stayed at Cozy @ Ten this last weekend for 2 nights. For the price (1400b net) I was impressed. I'd been allocated a 6th floor room on a smoking floor. The bonus was it has a balcony which are only in 6th floor rooms. Non smoking floors are 2,3,4. The room I got was at the rear, so overlooked CIB. Rooms at front (1600b) overlook Chuwit Park and are larger.

Comfortable bed, Decent aircon, free wifi, decent hot shower. Had everything I look for. Also had safe in the room. Onsite Italian restaurant is decent and very cheap. I had Pasta Carbonara and it was 170 baht and pretty decent to eat.

Hotel has some neat lift which is basically a moving floor and doors that lock until the floor arrives on your floor. Reminded me of a French apartment building from years ago, albeit this lift system looks brand new.

I'd stay here again without 2nd thought. The missus loved the bed and rated it almost as good as the one in our house.

You can see the 2 pics are different sized rooms. The smaller is same as we had (at the back) - the larger are at the front as I took a peek when a maid was cleaning one. Rooms at the front are likely quieter for quirky reason. At the back you can hear all the various aircon units and restaurant extractors going on like an ensemble. Not such an issue with window/balcony door closed but very noticeable when you step outside. No such vents at the front.

Apparently, This hotel is well used to CIB LB's visiting according to the info my GF fed me. So presumably it is very LB friendly. From the back door, it is about 25 feet away from CIB front door.

this has been discussed inumerable times on the sister forum, and probably here too.

regardless of your intentions, many hotels follow the laws set down for hotels that require every guest to be registered. the number one reason is safety in case of a fire or some other calamity. this is the primary reason why most hotels ask for the "joiners" ID/TH Card.

another reason is if it is a hotel that charges a joiners fee, they want to get it.

but most importanlty, any decent hotel will take the ID so that the girl most go and retrieve it. then they will call the room to see if you know she is leaving, and if you are OK with that. this gives you a chance to check your belongings, etc and if there is anything wrong like a missing cell phone, laptop, wallet, passport, empty mini-bar, etc, they will hold her at reception for you.

they also want to make sure you are still alive and well. that may sound over the top, but too many crazy episodes over the decades with girls and guys fighting or worse.

granted, all of this negates what you are trying to accomplish.

needless to say every hotel/guesthouse is different, and they all apply the rules as they choose (or whoever is on duty chooses), and the interactoin with the staff and other guests that may be around can be aggravating if they choose to offer their opinion of your choice of partner.

when i worked the hotels in Pattaya back in the day as a department head, there was a security guard that was found to be harrassing the guests with joiners. he was not only being an impolite ass-hat, he was telling them they had to pay a joiners fee, and he would then pocket it. not only was he fired, they changed the security company soon after that.

if what you say is so

you should bite the bullet and make sure the girls register. its for your own safety, and it really can keep the crazy drunk/high thieving ones in check. most of all, it will be a great deterent to theft.
