Just get a cheapo room at Heaven @ 4 or some such place that charges 700 - 1000 baht per night. There are many such hotels around lower Sukhumvit. There is also a modestly priced hotel across the alley from CIB on Soi 10, some BMs stay there on occasion.

they are uncomfortable with it. maybe they feel they have no control. others love it. who knows what they are thinking a lot of the time. that has been my experience. i do not ask them twice or push them to do it.

here is her Thaifriendly link, note that she now lives in Kanchanaburi regardless of what her profile states. i confirmed this a few days ago. she will drive down to meet guys. also keep in mind that she is now 30 and not the same look. but she does have all that experience and carnal knowledge to tap into: https://www.thaifriendly.com/nana2010

still well worth a spin and she can really take control if you like that sort of thing.

At Terminal 21 on the very top floor near the movie theaters there is a phone repair shop / accessory store. It's catty-corner from the movie theater and a fairly good sized place. Last year ladyboy JJ's Iphone looked like it had been through a nuclear war with smashed screen and software issues. I thought it was a lost cause, but they fixed it good as new within a couple of hours for about 1200 baht as I recall. There are also several dedicated phone shops for all of the Thai phone companies on the top floor as well.

I think you are referring to Cozy at Ten
    http://www.bangkokladyboys.net/forum/index.php?/topic/7571-cosy-at-ten-nearest-hotel-to-check-in-bar-soi-10/?hl=cozy
It is the closest you can get to CIRB, 5 meters from the back door entrance. I booked myself a room there for Sunday the 12th, the last day of my upcoming short trip this week, 1400 bath
Paradiso ia also very close and even better quality. It should be around 1900 bath

I have stayed at Galleria 10, about 1/4 mile down Soi 10 from CIB. Mid-priced hotel with small but nice rooms. LB friendly and I am sure
most of the CIB girls are familiar with it. There is also a small hotel (it's not the hostel shown on map) on Soi 10 within rock throwing distance from CIB - I can't remember the name of it, but a BM here posted pics and a brief review as I recall.

In Pattaya, you may want to look at Page 10 on Soi 10 between Beach Rd. and 2nd road. Page 10 has 8 floors, all of the rooms have balconies. It's 5 minute walk from 69 Bar and about 15 minute walk to Sensations. Central Festival mall is right around the corner. It's LB friendly, and several LBs work the front desk and in the restaurant. The rooftop pool is probably 35 meters, but is rectangular and works well for lap swimming.

The rooms have minimalist decor. If you can, spring for a suite on the 8th floor, because they are nicer than standard rooms. Below is a link to Oyster.com detailing the hotel with pics, but Oyster doesn't have any pics of the suites. I took this pic of LB Ammy in one of their suites back in August 2016, when we down to Pattaya for a few days. This is the only pic I have of the suites. It also shows how Ammy screwed me in the ass during a single trip to the mall in exchange for me screwing her in the ass all week long LOL.

Yep that's the one. Looks much fancier than the old place, and it's good to see they did keep the school girl uniforms for the wait staff. I love visiting a Hillary bar during the day, hoisting a few and then barfining out a waitress for a matinee. That particular bar is a barrel of fun during the day, and if they are now serving good food, so much the better.

I think this hotel's clientele are Arabs (which explains the need for a "Do you know that's a ladyboy?" question) and Indians (which would explain why the hotel wants its customers to understand that offering a girl 300 baht after the deed is a dumb move).

I am not trying to be facetious here. I bet that's exactly why the hotel uses that form - it's because of their customer demographics.

My own personal answers to the questions

    1) Yes of course I know she's a ladyboy. I wouldn't been seen dead with anyone that bleeds for four or more days and doesn't die.

    2) more than you make in a month

    3) Don't worry yourself as she'll be tied up for the duration

The Grand Hyatt Erawan has a large hot tub and a very nice pool area - you won't have to scramble around for a lounge chair because they have more than enough. It's a bit away from the action, but it is no farther from Nana Plaza than Sheraton Four Points. I know LBs and GGs love staying at the Grand Hyatt, because they never want to leave the morning after a longtime session and you have to kick them out of the room. I love that hotel.

Join Hyatt's Gold Passport loyalty club if you are not a member. They frequently email special rates for Grand Hyatt, and they are usually very good bargains. A new Park Hyatt opened 1/4 mile away and I am guessing it is draining away some of the Grand Hyatt's customer base, therefore slashed room rates all the time.

I have eaten here a couple of times. It was 50% Jap clients and that is a good sign. Only drawback was that there were some smokers lighting up. Bit like Obsessions!
Food was good and authentic. Price was OK.
The soy sauce was really tasty and made in house. They gave me 500cc in an empty water bottle.
It is just up from terminal 21.
