    • I have one night in BKK and was thinking about it. As wanted to look at The Thermae bar as never been there.
How does the system work in Thermae? I’m not a young and handsome looking Korean or Japanese guy.
    • Here is an interesting read up on Doxy, found it on the Patts forum https://www.queerhealth.info/projects/doxypep
    • I read this and will continue to have the girls bag it.  That's it.  Easy for me to say being bottom.  " Common side effects of doxycycline include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, and increased sun sensitivity (sunburn). It can also cause esophageal irritation (painful swallowing), vaginal or oral thrush, and temporary tooth discoloration in children. Serious, rare effects include severe skin reactions, high intracranial pressure (headache/blurred vision), and C. diff colitis.    Common Side Effects Yeast Infections: Oral or vaginal thrush/itching due to disruption of natural flora. Skin Rash or Itching: Mild to moderate allergic skin reactions.  Gastrointestinal Distress: Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and decreased appetite are common. Sun Sensitivity: Increased risk of severe sunburn, redness, or skin irritation. Esophageal Irritation: Throat or chest discomfort/pain when swallowing, known as pill esophagitis.   Serious Side Effects (Seek Medical Attention) Intracranial Hypertension: Severe headaches, dizziness, or blurred/double vision. Severe Skin Reactions: Blistering, peeling, or rashes with fever or swelling. Severe Diarrhea: Watery or bloody stools (potential C. diff colitis). Allergic Reactions: Swelling of the face, tongue, or throat and difficulty breathing. Tooth Discoloration: Permanent gray/yellow staining if used by children under 8.    Prevention and Tips Take with water: Take with a full glass of water while standing or sitting upright. Avoid lying down: Do not lie down for at least 30–60 minutes after taking it to prevent esophageal irritation. Sun Protection: Use sunscreen and protective clothing to manage photosensitivity. Food interaction: Take with food or milk if it causes stomach upset, although some preparations suggest avoiding dairy for best absorption (check your prescription)
    • I took daily PREP and DoxyPep on my three last trips and I eventually realized that the DoxyPep over multiple days fucked up my gut bacteria and I had borderline diarrhea and struggled to eat and digest food (nausea). To me PREP is a no brainier as it virtually eliminates the risk of a treatable but still incurable disease (AIDS), whereas DoxyPep reduces the risk of getting some curable bacterial infections - to me to side effects of DoxyPep outweighed the benefits, so next trip I will take the risk and keep a healthier gut and just take daily PREP.  I may have some Doxy with me and take it in the event that I think I may have been exposed but hopefully i I sense something not right I will refrain from contact - that is so long as little Steve doesn't take over.
    • Are there any pharmacies in bangkok that sell PrEP OTC? I already took a test several months after my last encounter and don't feel like having to either wait multiple hours in a clinic or pay Pulse's 3x upcharge with their testing+consultation fees.
