For you guys in the UK that are shy, you can visit any clinic, it doesn’t have to be local and you can say no to them informing your doctor about your treatments. It’s all free, and they provide excellence service and care.  Personally I couldn’t care less, I went along to my local sexual health clinic here in North Devon, confessed I am a dirty slag who bums Thai trans hookers and if the feeling strikes me let them return the favour, and that it wasn’t all safe sex. The lovely lady gave me a full work up, gave me every vaccine going and packed me off with 3 months worth of prep and doxy pep. She always offers me rubbers, but they are crap, but I did take her up on the offer of some sachets of lube. They do come in handy when out and about. 
I return after every holiday for post trip bloods etc, she’s always interested to hear about my holidays and see some of the holiday pics (PG only), and she of course sends me on my way with more supplies. 
I try to practice safe sex as much as possible, but ultimately I’ve taken steps to limit my exposure to the nasties if I don’t. As let’s face it, sex is so much better bare.

Bexsero is available at the clinic i go to on soi 49, it is called medconsult and is focused on farangs, but not expensive. It also sells the cheapest Mounjaro in BKK. I have taken Bexsero for MenB which was going the rounds earlier this year. You take 2 shots 6 months apart and the cost is THB 3,500 per shot. It only arrived in the LOS a few months ago and the delivery date was originally scheduled for April, but I didn't get mine until late July. The MPox vaccine isnt easily available in BKK, so I will be very interested to hear where you found it and what the fee is. Thanks very much for the info. Cheers SAG

Hi @SAGuy - you may of course have figured this out in the year since you posted, but given that there doesn’t seem to be a thread on here about it, I thought I’d reply anyway to the extent it’s useful to BM’s : The vaccine is called “Bexsero” and its been available in the UK for at least a decade I think as a meningitis vaccine - but they only recently figured out a side effect was Gonorrhoea protection too. Win. It’s about £100 a dose privately (two dose course) if we can’t face the embarrassment of going to the clinic and being quizzed on our sex life, or free if we go to the NHS clinic and confess what slags we are. With the caveat re how much AI gets wrong, ChatGpt tells me Bangkok Hospital do stock/provide it. I see there’s also no thread on this board (unlike Pattaya LB forum) re the MPox vaccine. Given that Mpox seems to be circulating again in Bangkok - I’ll post in the next day or two when I get a minute on how easy I found it to get both these vaccines and my experiences of doing so…
