Take the PEP, live your life and be happy. In future consider PrEP for yourself instead of asking a ladyboy her health status. You know they are lying to you as their lips are moving. Take a 4th generation antigen/antibody test in 4-6 weeks time if you are concerned, full blood draw from a vein, not finger prickly. You will be OK, unless there are other incidents. 

If you get the PEP on time the risk should be very low,  plus the risk are generally low with swallow In term of the reaction its not un-common for LB to go mental on anything.  Even if we know of a case doesn't mean it is likely to happen as still what we know of is a small sample.  Just remember you need to do again test, I think in 3 months time to get all the clear.

So the red light was triggered on - I went to ER, got PEP, and doxy-PEP. I know the official recommendation is: low to negligible low risk (0-4 per 10,000) but...Does anyone heard about transmission of hiv solely by oral (excluding the San Francisco study from 2000).
