Norse Atlantic to Launch Direct LGW-BKK Flights from 26-Oct-25

Recommended Posts

Thanks for that @SAGuy

Just priced a trip up using the lowest fares quoted and came to £618 rtn with one piece of checked luggage.

Not enough of a saving to persuade to change from LHR but will keep an eye on them.

Hey all, has anybody taken the plunge and travelled with this carrier?

I've just checked out some return flights for the end of '26, flying premium economy, includes 2 meals, free standard drinks, 15kg carry on, and 23kg(?) check in, is coming in just shy of £1,100. Plus, at present, they have a Christmas sale on, via buy a gift card, £1,100 voucher for, £1,000.

Seems very good value for money, I think that I may very well take the plunge, but always good to hear of peoples experiences.

Having taken 5 to do a comparison, EVA are nearly £2,000, I've not checked others yet, as I'd prefer to fly direct.

I'm flying with them in a few weeks. I booked best part of a year ago when they had just announced the route and the prices were incredibly low.

A friend has flown a different route with them and was happy with the experience if that helps...

Thanks for the info, would love to hear your feedback after your trip too.

Out of curiosity, as there are so many options, which options did you go for? Mind sharing the cost too?

I paid 400 return!!! That is for cattle truck class with carry on (easy for me as I travel light, but may not work for everyone). It was so cheap I booked pretty much instantly, even though I was already flying out in just a few weeks at a much higher price.

At that price it was worth racking it up for the following year, which has finally just about rolled around...

My mate has done long haul with them elsewhere and said the value proposition is unbeatable.

That is cheap, fair play.

I assume no food is included with that fare? Carry on only 10kg?

Currently, their cheapest option, on my dates is £410, plus your seat, which range from £21 - £89, each way.

If I recall, it's a 10kg for the overhead, plus an under seat bag with no weight limit.

No meal, I'm not a lover of airline catering. I'll be stuffing myself in the lounge before I leave and will have some bits and pieces with me for the flight if I get peckish, but I usually fit all my meals into a 8 hour window and then nothing for the other 16, so it pretty much fits into my normal routine.
