Where do you get 10% VAT from? Firstly Thailand has a VAT of 7% and secondly it is included in the price so not an added extra.

This thread is about Thai Elite Visa so we should try and share accurate information about it.

Anyway I checked and you correct VAT is excluded on the 20 year ultimate privilege visa. I assume incorrectly it was excluded since it is excluded from the 5 year easy access visa which is the one I have.

VAT is 7% though and not 10%
