Pros - LB friendly no joiners fee, lovely new rooms, free wifi, Nice roof top swimming pool, A nice little terrace at the side of the hotel to have a quite beer before going soi 4 and drinks a reasonable as is the food. Just remember if you are going to the toilet remember the step (cleanest toilets in Thailand. Cons - it a 5 minute walk down soi 2 to the hotel.
