For those who would like to watermark their photos, it can be easily done with the free software ImageMagick ( http://www.imagemagick.org/ ) using the command "composite" (see http://www.imagemagi...t/composite.php for details ).
Here is how to do it:
- Produce your watermark by means of "gimp" ( http://www.gimp.org/ ) or any other image manipulation software.
- Perform the command
composite -gravity <where to put it> -dissolve <how strong> <your watermark> <your original photo> <new photo>
The command I use is
composite -gravity southwest -dissolve 15 bullseye.jpg original.jpg new.jpg
- Produce your watermark by means of "gimp" ( http://www.gimp.org/ ) or any other image manipulation software.

There are two other websites still accessible: http://watchmyladyboy.org/ and http://watchmyladyboy.net/ . The first one is just a frontpage and every other link is already blocked. The second is still active. How "nice" to see my own photos on the latter website. Even my watermark is still there on some of the pictures, like http://watchmyladybo...ladyboy-3-6.jpg (Koy from Obsession will appreciate) or http://watchmyladybo...ladyboy-3-5.jpg (Odett from Cascade will appreciate too). In fact, the whole page http://watchmyladybo...adyboys-part-3/ is entirely composed of my photos. Also a part of the photos at http://watchmyladybo...adyboys-part-1/ are mine, but the watermark is removed there - the asshole just cut the lower part of the photo.
You can find my watermark "Bullseye" in the lower left corner of the photos. I make the watermark discrete, hence he did not see it everywhere. Who else can see his pictures there?

As I am a big photo publisher, I was not surprised to see my photos on that website, even if I use a discrete watermark in the lower left corner. The watchmyladyboy website is now down, what is a very good sign.

... or one of the bigger is the Nana (not THE Nana hotel) but the one far end soi 4...by Tobacco Factory
Thanks for the hint.
You probably mean Royal Ivory Nana. I was there in December 2007. The room was large, but the AC was very noisy and inefficient, the noise isolation in the hotel was inexistent and the hotel guests start to slam doors at 7am. Moreover, the backdrop is brown and the whole room is designed in dark colors. The owner is an Indian family and looked strange at my ladyboy (Odett from Cascade). It is true that a hotel for 30 euro per night is advantageous. However, I would consider Boss Suits in this case: http://bosssuites.com/main.php

Although I like very much to stay in Dawin, I am sick and tired of its backdrop, which causes me a considerable headache concerning the quality of my photos.
I am looking for a very clean hotel of a same quality and price range, near NEP, not noisy but rather quiet, having rooms at least as large as in Dawin, but I would prefer larger since it is better for a photographer, with a nice backdrop, with walls painted either white or in pastel colors. Of course, I want to have all the equipment modern, like in Dawin, with a nice bathroom, and free internet/wifi.
Drawbacks of hotels I know:
Dawin: awful backdrop making the photos suffer
Omni Tower: run down
Heaven@4: small rooms, some without windows, and crazy colors
Ibis Nana: small rooms
For those thinking that a small room does not matter. If you are a photographer and care about the quality of your photos, you need a bigger room, walls either white or pastel colored, and the ceiling definitely white.
I would appreciate all suggestions, especially if you have a photo (attached) othe room, especially of the bed with and the backdrop.
I am primarily concerned about Bangkok, but some good hints for Pattaya are welcome as well. I have a quite good idea about Patong Beach - Phuket, but would appreciate also some good hints there.
Thanks very much in advance.

I like clean LB's.
Me too. I have never had problems with LBs being clean in Dawin.

You should consider the Dynasty Grande in Soi 6. Good pool with sun between about 11 am and 2 pm. Second guest is 500 bht though.
DIG on Soi 6, as Dawin, does not have the hose.
-
Try Dawin. There is everything you need, except the toilet hose. However, you can screw off the shower and this way get a good replacement.

Yes, I stayed there 3 years ago. Rooms big, bed big, AC noisy and unable to regulate, breakfast buffet good, hotel LB freindy (or at least tolerant), noise isolation inexistant. Guests start to slam doors around 7am. Dawin or Ibis Nana are a better bet.

It is a while I was not in Dawin, but two years ago there were no bum guns attached to the toilets. Did they install them recently?
