Thanks man appreciated. Quiet and discreet is how i like it and citadines seems that way. Rooms look nice too with full kitchen couch etc. Perfect for a long stay. Aspen is an amazin hotel ezcept for their beds on wheels. if ur fine with that go with aspen .

They finally replied after 3 emails and they said the entire hotel is non smokin and that I cant even smoke on the balcony ! she said you can smoke infront of the hotel lol. Hotel Icon said the same thing. These were my top 2 options.

great thanks SM . I sent them an email askin about smokin rooms but no response yet. I think i will book there, soi 2 is the best soi to stay in imo. So close yet so far and quiet .

i was gonna book hotel icon but i found out the entire hotel is non smokin so im lookin at monaco ( icheckinn) now. Do they have smokin rooms? and apparently no coffee in the rooms eh? I usually stay at aspen suites love that hotel but i cant stand the beds on wheels anymore, anyone know if the beds @ icheckinn also have wheels? thanks in advance

i find that its always better to book directly from the hotel, its usually cheaper

love this hotel and their laid back attitude. only hotel ive ever stayed in except for paradiso once. the cleaning ladies are amazing i give them 100baht each time they clean and the love me. they give me extra towels soap water sheets toothpaste shampoo etc and theyre very friendly. no hassle when brining girls in no matter tha quantity. i once took wan hunny and som all at once with wan and som waiting for me and hunny at the front desk til we arrived. no extra charges. also for me, they never bother my guests or ask them for id we always just stroll in. their food is excellent especially their paneng gai. Rooms are clean good wifi and pretty cheap for what u get in return. very highly recommended hotel. the only problem i have with this hotel are the beds ! theyre too big and soft and high off the ground which can make the love making a lil tricky and thats why im considering another hotel for my next trip. SM any recommendations on hotels with hard beds preferably a bit discreet on sukhumvit?

stayed there before nice place but rooms are tiny. the bathroom is bigger than the room i stayed in. bathroom was sweet though...

ok thanks ots that hotel is past aspen and solo. there is a new one before aspen and solo and right after majestic suites. wish i knew the name. brand new hotel.

wait im confused now. there is a hotel on soi 2 that was under construction for a while and they finally finished it a couple of months ago. heading down soi 2 after majestic suites but before aspen & solo on the left hand side. i coulda sworn it was called checkinn. if so, how can it not be new since it was just constructed?

any ideas what the new one on soi 2 is like? im assuming its lb friendly and rooms would b tip top shape. they have fairly good prices i might book there. altho website does say 100% smoke free:huh:

Any info on Aspen Suites ?? I just booked there , the rooms seem nice. I stayed at Paradiso before on Soi 10 and it was pretty cool, brought 3 GG's and 2LB's back on separate nights without any problems! Plus their washrooms are amazing , had so much fun in the shower:)
