The prices here have really jumped. This used to be my goyo hotel. I stayed at solo a few weeks ago and it was awful. Can anyone recommend a similar type of hotel that isnt as pricey? All my goto hotels from before have gone downhill like solo and aspen

The articles ive read about it claim that it came from southeast asia but never mentions which country specifically. Is it most likely Thailand? Also emailing them or talking to them on the phone isnt always a great help. Today i called aspen and asked if they had a smoking room available, then he says one will be available starting Thuraday so when i asked him if i book now will he confirm to me that i will have a smoking room he says : subject to availability lol. So we are going back and forth regarding this issue and he starts telling me how he has worked in every hotel in thailand and that none of them will guarantee or confirm this as its always subject to availability lmao. Needless to say i didnt book the room

Yikes !! So why do Bms always recommend this place? No i didnt pay cash, i paid with my credit card but i paid the deposit in cash. I wonder if i can get a refund and go book a room somewhere else.

I just checked in here and i must say im extremely disappointed so far. Check in took a good half hour for no apparent reason, no bell boy took my bags or escorted me to my room. I had to pay 3k deposit which is absurd, and worst of all the elevator works only with room key. Does this mean if i invite a girl over i have to go down to lobby to get her?

Yeah I dont care too much but it still irks me no doubt. That night however, i felt bad for Bee because of how disparaging they were towards her but she took it like a champ and showed a lot of maturity. Bee is very underrated as an all around girl imo. Sent from my SM-J710F using Tapatalk

Thanks man appreciate the advice but trust me drunk guys will comment. I experienced it a couple of times before and had it not been for Bee, I would have thrown down with 2 a couple of years ago. They were right in our faces calling her a LB in a disparaging way but she told me to ignore them and just hop in a cab. She took it so well I was impressed with her. And Im 100% sure they were just jealous i was with such a beaut like Bee I might try phachara heard nothing but really positive things and the location is amazing. Yeah was considering citadines as well. Which one would you recommend for a 10 day stay, citadines or salil? Also which one is more discreet? Privacy to me is very very important and thats why i usually stay on soi2 (aspen & solo).
