The prices here have really jumped. This used to be my goyo hotel. I stayed at solo a few weeks ago and it was awful. Can anyone recommend a similar type of hotel that isnt as pricey? All my goto hotels from before have gone downhill like solo and aspen

Also emailing them or talking to them on the phone isnt always a great help. Today i called aspen and asked if they had a smoking room available, then he says one will be available starting Thuraday so when i asked him if i book now will he confirm to me that i will have a smoking room he says : subject to availability lol. So we are going back and forth regarding this issue and he starts telling me how he has worked in every hotel in thailand and that none of them will guarantee or confirm this as its always subject to availability lmao. Needless to say i didnt book the room
