Yes I read that the pool is pretty much the only downside to this place for the reasons you mentioned and that it is small and right next to the restaurant.

Not sure if it is LB friendly but I agree it looks nice. I definitely want to go to one of the rooftop restaurants when I am in Bangkok. Thanks Mikel....I can make do with freeweights (don't want to get soft like dav662 while I am there ) . I only use free weights at home too but I have a squat rack which makes all the difference.

This place looks pretty good. Can anyone tell me what the gym is like? Do they have free weights and a power rack or just cardio machines?
