    Check out booking.com You can book and don't have to pay until you arrive. Always free cancellation until about 2-7 days in advance. I have also used sawasdee.com but you have to pay in advance with this one as well as Agoda. I make 4-6 trips a year to LOS and booking.com always treats me right.
