I've stayed at Atlas on Soi 7/1. They have 2 sites down there, I ended up in the one a little further up on the right hand side. No check in to pass at that site so very discreet (they do have a check in desk at the site on the left hand side btw), and it's right onto the street for action outside. Good price, clean, great location. A bit noisy late at night, so light sleepers may find it a bit much.
Also stayed at Ruamchitt Plaza. Again, great location (above Thermae) - very short walk to CiB, lots of options right outside in the evenings etc... A little more pricey than Atlas, but again clean and great location. Much quieter at night too. Plus they have a pool on the roof. Personally I preferred this as an option overall.
Both are decent options that won't break the bank, so more to spend on this hobby
