Ah yes, Krua Khun Puk I think, very good food over there! The little cafe in front is also part of it and there are a few tables for 1-2 over there that can be free even when queues (for groups of more than 2) are waiting for the main area. Another nice place (especially for sea food!) which was recommended to me by a LB is Insaf Court on Soi 13 @pointplace

In those hotels, I went to see FL to their room and could use the lift without any card and go to their room directly without talking to reception: - The promenade on Soi 8 - Citichic by iCheck inn on Soi 13 - Le Fenix on Soi 11 I do not know if I could just go by because I am a Falang and if the girls could do the same. No need for keys for the elevator though.

Not sure if it is a new rule as I have never read about this but they have a 100 baht/guest policy (I did book a room for 2).

About eleven hotel: before asking here, I sent them an email saying that I could not see what I was looking for on the pictures from their websites. Hey guys, I am asking here as I did not find a thread for the hotel eleven and several of you seemed to recommend it rather than the Ambassador. I am considering to stay in Soi 11 in march and both Ambassador/Eleven are options. I wanted to check what the gym looked like and in particular, if it has: - treadmill - pull-up bar - parralel bar/dips stations - kettlebel From what @Alvin_mask said and the pictures I could see, the Ambassador is well equipped. But for Eleven, I could just see two pictures on their websites, showing treadmills. Maybe someone have more details on what is available in the gym? Did you already have the chance to stay there? I had the same issue recently, good to know it should soon be enabled In case it can be useful for someone else, I ended up using imgbb to share pictures (does not require registration).
