Thawit

This place is one of the few remaining small businesses on lower Sukhumvit, almost everything else has been redeveloped in the last 20 years. Haven’t eaten there in 15 years but saw it was open last December. Decent place for a beer and people watching.

The rooms are small but comfortable at Aloft. The biggest annoyance I had was the long wait for the elevators, especially in the morning and evening.

I find the Four Points hotel to be okay for the price. Location is good and the beds are comfortable. The pool is rather small but the rooftop bar is decent.
