Does anyone happen to know the guest policy for either of these two hotels? I like these hotels but am worried about whether they'll take kindly to guests. Appreciate any advice!

Are the Sheraton Grande and the Westin Grande along Sukhumvit Road guest (LB or GG) friendly? Trying to plan a trip to BKK and don't want the hotel to mess things up!
