I stayed in On8 a few times.. the Location is really a big plus like mentioned between Cowboy and NEP. Regarding the noise I have no clue, never came back while the Skytrain was still operating. Only thing which maybe bothers some are the heavy tinted windows, no chance to look outside (which wouldnt be so nice at all ). A nice thing is the Massage right next to the entrance, they got only girls but most of them are quite open minded and like it everywhere.
