Not as fancy as some, but definitely the "old hands" favorite Tip Top restaurant, just up from the Emporium.

Thanks:D much appreciated.
It will stop me clicking un-necessary boxes in "my settings"!

Computer cretin here!
When I post , the PM message and "Add as friend" icons don't display under my avatar.I tried to correct this in"My settings",but no joy.
Is it because of a pop-up blocker ,or some other settings on my computer?
Any help much appreciated

Hi!
Finding a house for rent for a 1 month period might be hard.Probably have better luck finding a condominium for a one month period rental.Try:
or
or even

If you don't find anything to your suiting there, maybe best to go with a serviced apartment, like http://www.housebythepond.com/rates.htm

If you're from the UK,I guess it's a case of "fill your Boots" before you come to Thailand.
Or BYOV.....bring your own Viagra.
Also, No need to worry about authenticity

For multiples,I do suggest House by the Pond, down by soi 22.No joiner.I think in an earlier post on another thread(your favorite hotel,or something like)I may have mentioned I took 3 girls(GG) back and had no problem.Have taken LBs too...no problem.
I think they have the same policy as the Nana Hotel, where you could walk in with "the dog and pony show" and they wouldn't bat an eyelid.

sorry mate newbee here...where will he drop you if you say that.. and how much please, im stopping near nana not decided yet which hotel..thanks
When you've picked up your bags, exit to the arrival hall, and follow the signs to the public taxi stand(DO NOT TAKE A TAXI FROM A TOUT).Tell the girl at the booth which hotel your staying at,and she'll write out a ticket/receipt for you (and the taxi driver). The words "Hi-way" and "meter" are just to tell him to switch on the meter(So you don't end up getting stitched up on the fare) and to take the express way,so you can get to your hotel(and get out shagging) quicker.
Should cost you in the region of about 300~350baht.

Chap ,I got myself an iPad before I went to Los and have to say what a great piece of kit , well worth it for the commuters travelers
10 out of 10 for me
Lotus
How was it in the hotel room...did you need anything extra to run it there??
Do you need the 3G model,or is the wi-fi model sufficient??
Thinking of getting one(But it's the same price as a flight to LOS!!!).

No
Never caught an STD from a ladyboy,or in Thailand from GG.Always protected, seems the way to go!!
But have caught STDs(crabs/VD) from girls outside of Thailand
If you're going abroad....always take a Jonny!

Yep.
There's no reason to use the airport link if you're staying in Sukhumvit.
Just get in the taxi, and say...."Hi-way,meter krap"

Oh,dear. TIT(this is Thailand!)

I'm new to Nana and will be staying at Dawin Hotel.Where would be the nearest money exchange?
Just go out of your hotel and turn onto Sukhumvit.Cross over to the side which has odd numbered sois(3,5,7,etc)and walk down towards soi 7.You'll see plenty of exchange booths.
-
There are plenty of money changers (booths) around Nana. They give a better rate than the exchange counters at the airport.
A lot of people say that SuperRich gives the best rates.
http://www.thebangkokshoppingguide.com/super_rich_money_exchange_bangkok
and they stay open quite late!!

I like to stay at the Royal president, lately. Not too far from Nana really, sky train up and taxi back with your "take-away".
Big,clean rooms and a nice brekkie.Lady-boy friendly,and no joiner.
I used to stay here all the time

Very quiet and out of the way....but again LB friendly,no joiner.I once took 3 girls(GGs)back here,so multiples is not a problem!

I ordered some shorts and polo shirts from this site:
http://www.scottevest.com/
They arrived quickly(about 1 week for shipping to Japan).
and they're terrific quality.
They have other interesting products, such as vests, jackets, trousers, etc.
Helpful for in-flight.
Well worth a look!
