  1.

Backup your phone and do a complete reset of your phone. Settings -> Erase -> Erase all content and settings.

Once your device is wiped and the OS is reinstalled, if you still experience issues, you can pretty much conclude that its a hardware issue. I agree with Boomerang that it sounds like a major problem, but it also could be due to you installing a corrupt app or screensaver or anything that modifies the OS. Cache is definitely not the issue.

Thanks. I always keep it fully backed up to thd cloud and the only thing that has been stopping me from doing the complete reset is the fairly slow wifi download speed in my hotel or other venues around the Nans area where i hang. I just may have to bite the bullet and do it. Really is the only way to eliminate or confirm hardware issues.

  2. Ive had an iPhone 7 well over a year with no problems. Now it will work as it should for hours or even a day or two, but then suddenly it becomes uncontrollable touchscreen-wise. Scrolling stops, jumps between pages, normal shutoff impossible, but I can do a hard reboot, which usually fixes the problem for at least a few hours. I keep the cache clean and all updates are complete through ios 11.1.1. Any advice? I am on the ground in Bangers near Nanacan anyone recommend a good repair shop? Thanks

  3. Ive stayed in its sister hotel, the Rosita a few times. The Rosita was nice and convenient if you like to be near the clubbing. Its kind of old and traditional inside.

Good post, except not sure which hotel is Rositas sister. You get a pass on your first post. To eliminate confusion, when replying to a post, use the quote button. Cheers!

  4. Should all of the above or whatever follows this post fail, or should you find yourself around Nana after hours and famished, you can always rely on getting some decent food at Took Lae Dee.

While not falling into the category of elegance as other places. it should not disappoint you.

Took Lae Dee means cheap and good in Thai, and its long food counter, which can be found inside any branch of Foodland supermarkets, has appeared in countless numbers of Thai movies and thus is well known throughout the country. The food is nothing over the top, but its regulars swear by it, and many visitors to Thailand end up spending days and hours there, lingering over the big breakfasts, including toast, eggs, bacon, ham, sausages, orange juice and tea or coffee. Think of that local cheap hangout diner back in the USA and you can see why Took Lae Dee is a success, not to mention that you can go shopping in the supermarket while you are there.

The branch in Soi 5 attracts the odd freelancer...so you never know what bargains you may get.

Absolutely!! I eat lunch at Soi 5 Foodland TLD almost daily when in BKK. Ditto said it all.

  5. Word of warning, Don Muaeng immigration queues are horrendously long these days, anticipate an extra 1-2 hours queuing after the plane lands. On the bright side, you won't really hit any rush hour traffic until into the city as you're going against the flow

Any fast track services similar to those at BKK available?

  6. Ironic with Saudi Arabia alleging Quatar "supporting terrorists" (which I know nothing about either way) since all the 9/11 bombers came from Saudi Arabia, and it and Pakistan are the most fundamentalist Arab states in the world and ironically the only two that the US gives unconditional support. Moderate Muslim states like Iraq on the other hand are at risk of being bombed out of existence.

I think you meant "muslim states", not "arab states". Pakistanis are not arabs. Agree that traditionally Iraqi muslims were less fundamental, but ISIS and AQAP are violently fundamental. And they are the bombers (IED, etc) and bombees now. But enough politics--let's talk LBitics!! Cheers D&H.

  7. this has been discussed inumerable times on the sister forum, and probably here too.

regardless of your intentions, many hotels follow the laws set down for hotels that require every guest to be registered. the number one reason is safety in case of a fire or some other calamity. this is the primary reason why most hotels ask for the "joiners" ID/TH Card.

another reason is if it is a hotel that charges a joiners fee, they want to get it.

but most importanlty, any decent hotel will take the ID so that the girl most go and retrieve it. then they will call the room to see if you know she is leaving, and if you are OK with that. this gives you a chance to check your belongings, etc and if there is anything wrong like a missing cell phone, laptop, wallet, passport, empty mini-bar, etc, they will hold her at reception for you.

they also want to make sure you are still alive and well. that may sound over the top, but too many crazy episodes over the decades with girls and guys fighting or worse.

granted, all of this negates what you are trying to accomplish.

needless to say every hotel/guesthouse is different, and they all apply the rules as they choose (or whoever is on duty chooses), and the interactoin with the staff and other guests that may be around can be aggravating if they choose to offer their opinion of your choice of partner.

when i worked the hotels in Pattaya back in the day as a department head, there was a security guard that was found to be harrassing the guests with joiners. he was not only being an impolite ass-hat, he was telling them they had to pay a joiners fee, and he would then pocket it. not only was he fired, they changed the security company soon after that.

if what you say is so

you should bite the bullet and make sure the girls register. its for your own safety, and it really can keep the crazy drunk/high thieving ones in check. most of all, it will be a great deterent to theft.

Hear, Hear!!! 5-star response!! Protect yourself--register your guests!!!!!

  8. Didn't think there was *anybody* older than me. :) I have my second session with her today. So far I like her personality, which isn't pushy, indifferent, or moody. She seems like "a good kid" as we Americans might say. Or chai dee (good heart) as the Thais say. Well, time will tell but so far so good. She told me she doesn't wear makeup on the TF ads because she doesn't want people to say "You look very different (meaning less beautiful) from your TF pics". Frankly, I like her TF pics. It's an open face, and she has a nice looking face anyway. Makeup would detract from it I think.

She "does it all too". Versatile. And we're having a mutual ass eating festival today, followed by mutual fucking. I'm going to put some "Fisherman's friend" mentholated candy in my mouth as I'm licking her ass and sucking her dick. And on the nipples.

Sounds like her English skills are fairly good?

  9. Soi 8 is a tiny L shaped street. Oscar's is almost the first place you come to. Big sign, lotsa girls hanging out in front. On the left. Can't miss it.

Thanks--actually I meant pics or name of the particular LB at Oscar's to whom you were referring. I can always to a recon visit if you don't have that info.

  10. Hot woman (version 2.0, cock now standard issue) with a cock that normally stands at about 11 o'clock. She works at a massage joint called Oscar's on Silom Soi 8, which is nothing to rave about but the sex was very nice. And she's a nice woman (and I mean woman, age 39). I deliberately chose her from TF because I wanted somebody closer to my own age for a change. Poor as a church mouse though: lives on the top floor of the message place, from Isan. Has a lovely bum and a very sweet personality. No tits though. A very nice top. I've yet to top her yet though she's up for it.

Any pics for recognition when visiting Oscar's? Thanks
