Aspen is LB friendly. 2. They have a Tuk Tuk which will take you to the main Sukhumvit road. Alternatively, you can walk half way up Soi 2 and cut through the Rajah Hotel complex (this is also where the Guess bar is located) to soi 4. Should be no more than 5 to 10 minutes walk to Soi 4. 3.
