Pathum Thani? Are you sure?
The jangwat starts about 10 clicks north of Don Muang, and the city proper about 20 or so west-northwest of Future Park.
Yup, I sent the link to my colleague, who responded it was very close to his factory (Pathum Thani)...then he lost the link!
Web page had restaurant/catering/Mexican curios sections

Arrrrgh,
I lost the link/site for this place...therefore the map, etc.

I recommend BNH Hospital near Silom: http://www.bnhhospital.com
Less expensive that Bumrungraad, and it won't be a problem if one doesn't speak Thai.
I have been at BNH several times:
Hearing test
Lab work for blood clotting serum
2x year PSA test (for last six years, following radical prostatectomy(in USA) 5 years ago.
ER room visit for chronic diarreah
All times were done to above-Western standards and, from USA perspective, cheap.
BTS to Silom, walk down Convent Road.

The one on Soi 11.5 (Suk) is better than excellent.
On Soi 13 there is one that caters to Indian tourist groups (major back room area). A 299 baht buffet, veg or non veg.

I have been using the Soi 49 (Suk) since '02. Check-ups, fillings, crowns etc. In '04 they replaced two gold crowns put in in 1972. They gave me they old ones. Stolen from my checked luggage during a Chicago TSA inspection (BKK>MIA).
Cosmetic eye surgery in '03 at Yanhee. My wife had a full facial there in '07. Excellent recommendation from us. But, I suspect from Miami, Costa Rica would have been even cheaper.
I would have had my '05 radical prostatectomy in BKK (probably at BNH, where all my lab work is done) had not the frequency of prostate cancer and operations been so low in SE Asia. I opted for experience and had it done by a Miami urologist who was working on his 1400th or so. Ugly nurses, uncaring attitude, and both longs clogged with pulmonary embolisms. The crash cart and a strong heart from bicycling saved me, but BNH would have been the wiser choice! Perhaps even would have saved me from radiation in '07.
