You can go there any time during working hours, spend about three hours and 500 Baht to be tested for HIV, Hepatitis and Syphilis. People there are extremely friendly and helpful; no embarrassment at all.

Depends what you 're calling decently priced but some of the best dim sum i ever ate were in Din Tai Fung in Taipei, a world famous taiwanese chain.
