Testosterone tablets

Recommended Posts

Why don't you want injections? I have getting weekly testosterone injections from my doctor for several years now. It remains the fastest and best way to get what you are after. Whatever means of dosing you do, it will take a few weeks to obtain full effects. Unless you are spending a couple of months in LOS, beginning treatments at the start of a trip won't help you at all.

Thanks for your reply - Not sure if I can find a doctor for those injections in Thailand - when you can expect effects after injections? Heard tablets need 2-3 days for first effect.

There are docs in Thailand who give injections. I never get them there myself, because I get 2 large doses in the week before I leave the US and that keeps things going until I return home. I know you can also buy testosterone and syringes from some pharmacies in Thailand, but you don't want to do that because injecting yourself without physician supervision is unwise and dangerous. There was another BM from this board living full time in Thailand who did that. He was giving himself large doses thinking more was better. He passed away suddenly and I wonder if his injecting himself hastened his passing.  Be smart and don't dose yourself.

When you get your first injection, you will feel a jolt that day. A few days after that ,libido, energy etc. return to where they were before and then you get weekly injections. It was a long time ago when I started, but I think it was maybe 3-4 weeks before I felt full effects. Every guy is different, however. Some guys get testosterone pellet injections which last several weeks, but my doctor said weekly injections remain the best treatment.

If you can, you need to start your treatments at home under doctor supervision about 4-6 weeks before your trip. That way, your motor will be humming when you arrive in BKK.

I recommend every guy over the age of 40 or so get testosterone treatments. It changes everything for the better.

Sorry mate, but I don't know where to find these mesterolone tablets. I've seen some testosterole tablets though somewhere, but I don't know if this is the same or something different...

I've read somewhere that the longer a man's ring finger is compared to his index finger, the more testosterone he has.

Do you think that's true?

The 2d:4d ratio is related to prenatal androgen exposure, not current testosterone blood concentrations. So for example if we snipped your balls off tomorrow your 2d:4d ratio would remain the same for the rest of your life:D

A fun experiment to run would be checking out the 2d4d ratio of the lbs in bkk! My bet is on average the ones with big cocks have very masculine ratios. Of course its not a perfect relationship as hormone therapy or androgen deprivation as some lbs engage in can cause some shrinkage/atrophy of the old boy.

I would not recommend every guy over the qge of 40 to get T treatments. I'm sorry that's just idiotic.
If you have low T, I would recommend aromatase blockers to most people. Arimidex for instance. If that does not help, then you can try T treatment.

If and only if you have low T levels.
T therapy has side effects.

That being said, it's a free world and I'm very liberal. Feel free to reject my advice :-D

Tell that to the diabetics of the world. Unsupervised, unprescribed T-shots are crazy

But the are no different than any other intramuscular shot you may take, and very easy to self-administer,

This actually sounds like something I should look into, especially the aromatase blockers Jonard suggested. Though low libido and sexual performance aren't typically an issue for me, I do have low testosterone levels, and some issues with estrogen, including mild (and asymmetrical, just for the added fucking fun) gynecomastia. Surgery to fix it is expensive, even in Thailand.

At 66 I've thought about it, but I read somewhere that it suppresses your natural production, so if you're on it for any length of time it can become a lifelong committment. I must say though, everyone seems to agree it improves your qualty of life. Maybe I'll give it a try when viagra doesn't work anymore. At the moment twice a day is sufficient for me, not like I do that much anymore, but when opportunity presents I'm "up" for it. My six times a day 16 year old self is long gone, and I can't say I'm all that sad, talk about. being tormented by demons. And even the viagra I use sparingly, like when I'm blind drunk, cos it appears to have the same problem, overuse destroys your natural ability. i'm a great believer in going with the flow, with a little chemical enhancement here and there.

Almost all of the top Anti-aging/TRT doctors now advise against taking Arimidex. If you are looking for a safe alternative to reduce aromatization, try a supplement called DIM

Arimidex dosing management is very tricky and can lead to serious bone density problems.

I don't believe that taking oral test is very effective in comparison to injecting into the muscle.  I began injecting test during my first trip to Thailand five years ago.  Five years ago, I began spending one month per year in Thailand; during that time each year, I injected test.  I enjoyed the benefits of healthy test levels and only injecting for one month did not shut down my natural production.  During covid, I ordered online using bitcoin.

I agree, there are cases of lower bone density. Long term (+2y) has some risks. Dosing however isn’t difficult at all. Arimidex is very effective even at lower doses.

Are there any other reasons TRT doctors advise against it?

I’m not super familliar with TRT, did read some papers and talked to local collegues about it.

You can get injections that lasts 3 months. So that would only be 4 times a year. The other option is a cream that you put on your whole body every day. According to docs injection or cream is the way to go since tablets is not very effective.

True. It does reduce your normal production so it is (almost) impossible to stop. Apperantly take years to recover and heavy side effects from stopping. Testosterone is a key hormone though that effects a lot more than your libido: It can help with depression, exhaustion (burned out work related issues), overall energy and mood.

https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/8-ways-to-boost-testosterone#1.-Exercise-and-Lift-Weights

"Exercise is one of the most effective ways to prevent many lifestyle-related diseases. Interestingly, it can also boost your testosterone.

A large review study found that people who exercised regularly had higher testosterone levels. In the elderly, exercise increases testosterone levels, fitness and reaction time (15Trusted Source, 16Trusted Source)."

I concur as well,  I recently started exercising again, I find it easier to get hard on nowadays :stiffy:

Best of all, it is free :D

Another diet myth is being debunked.

The low fat or fat-free range of foods. I have seen reports that some of the fat-free foods in the shops are really not that good for you. (yes even more food that's bad for you

Now and then do I a sort of homemade semi keto diet with higher fat and protein and lower carbs. So not a strict "clean" keto but I find the extra fat makes me feel better and sex drive improves.
