adalbert72 124 #1 Posted May 18 So...I gave a head, she cum in my mouth I swallowed. The very next day I've asked about health status (don't tell me I should do it before, I know that), she banned me and went stealth mode in all social medias. So the red light was triggered on - I went to ER, got PEP, and doxy-PEP. I know the official recommendation is: low to negligible low risk (0-4 per 10,000) but...Does anyone heard about transmission of hiv solely by oral (excluding the San Francisco study from 2000). cheers t.
dododog 414 #2 Posted May 18 If you get the PEP on time the risk should be very low, plus the risk are generally low with swallow In term of the reaction its not un-common for LB to go mental on anything. Even if we know of a case doesn't mean it is likely to happen as still what we know of is a small sample. Just remember you need to do again test, I think in 3 months time to get all the clear. 1 adalbert72 reacted to this
lbshagger 226 #3 Posted May 18 Take the PEP, live your life and be happy. In future consider PrEP for yourself instead of asking a ladyboy her health status. You know they are lying to you as their lips are moving. Take a 4th generation antigen/antibody test in 4-6 weeks time if you are concerned, full blood draw from a vein, not finger prickly. You will be OK, unless there are other incidents. 2 Luckyjim and adalbert72 reacted to this

A few members on the poz.com forums have had the same shock as me. But it is not common. Took me over 23 years and a lot of whoring to end up where I am. Not much to say other than research suggests risk is very very low but not zero. Risk goes up if you have any open sores or cuts in your mouth (and, of course, she actually has to be HIV+ and not on PEP drug treatment). Some docs suggest you not floss or brush teeth within an hour before oral sex, as even brushing can create micro-tears on your gums. Within a short time those tears would heal. If you have good oral/gum health here's little to worry about. Using mouthwash after oral sex is always a good idea. Nobody likes being around a dude with cum-breath 2 1 mackapaka, steve54 and Ross77 reacted to this
