Hotel Lohas résidences soi 2 sukhumvit

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone,

I'll be in Bangkok in early March and I've booked a room at the Lohas Residences Hotel on Soi 2, which has very good reviews.

I'd like to get more information about this hotel located at the end of Soi 2.

Is it ladyboy friendly, and is there an extra charge? I know I can ask the hotel directly, but if anyone could give me some information, that would be great, and also share their opinions on the hotel.

Thanks.

Hi,

I don't now the hotel, but Google says: "Verified as guest-friendly, allowing visitors, but security requires registration at the front desk. Lohas Residences Sukhumvit (SHA Plus+) in Bangkok is widely considered guest-friendly, with staff explicitly confirming they allow visitors and generally do not charge extra for guest joiners, provided they are registered at the front desk for security. The hotel is located near Sukhumvit Soi 4's nightlife, offering spacious, clean rooms with kitchenettes."

Regards

Thank you very much, gentlemen,  @shaved_penis79  and  @oliver17 for your replies. Since I have VIP status on Agoda, I benefited from a good rate for this hotel, and strangely enough, my usual hotels were much more expensive. Go figure!

So I booked a 45m2 luxury room at a good price, as the reviews for this hotel were quite good.

@oliver17   you mentioned there's an exit on Soi 4, which is very interesting for me because I enjoy walking in the park, and of course, I'd have direct access to the restaurants and bars on Soi 4.

That's great news! I assume we can also use Soi 4 to get back to the hotel, alone or with others?

The hotel is far from the noise, on a quiet street; it's perfect for relaxing. Thanks again.

Yes, you can use Soi 4 entrance 24 hours.

Last summer, there was a thread about ways to walk between Soi 2 and  Soi 4,  and I posted a pic of the Soi 4 driveway that leads to the Lohas garage. Click on my name in the link below to read the thread.

Like I said, when you need a taxi or motorbike to travel somewhere, use Soi 4. When you return to the hotel in a taxi, tell the driver to go to Soi 2 entrance because there is almost no traffic on 2, particularly late at night. Conversely, there are no taxis or motorbike stands on Soi 2.

If you enjoy Benchakiti Park, the hotel has bicycles for guests to use in the park. They're nothing fancy, just standard city bikes that are common in large cities. Those are also found in the parking garage.
