Cannot access the both bangkok and pattaya forum from Malaysia

i am now travelling in malaysia.

I am trying to access both site from a Malaysia esim . I believe both sites are restricted locally, it will load forever . 
I then downloaded the TOR  browser which has a union protocol to hide my packet then i was able to access both sites for a few days. But today the pattaya site now banned my account but bangkok site is still good.

anyone have that experience?

@ausmagoo for some reason is working again. Thanks for your prompt help, for other people that have problem with accessing this and the sister site , then u need the tor browser , and use their  union protocol which add layers into your packet so they dont know where u come from and they cannot block u. In short work like a vpn, is free but u must turn on everytime . See pic
