frdx 6 #1 Posted May 13, 2025 (edited) Hey all, recently I went to one of the LB lounge bars on Sukhumvit and took one of their girls upstairs to their ST room. A girl that's popular on this forum and has been working in that bar for a few years, so I thought I made a reliable choice. I only like to play safe, so I brought my own condoms and put them on the bed. However, as we started kissing/playing on the bed with her on top of me, she just grabbed my erect dick and put it halfway inside her ass, and I had to push her off of me to put my condom on before continuing. She kinda played it off as a joke, but it freaked me out a bit. I'm quite sure that she would have continued bare if I hadn't stopped her. I would assume they're on prep or tested regularly to do something like that. Have you guys experienced something like this before? Is this normal and am I overreacting? Unavowed 1,746 #2 Posted May 13, 2025 It can happen. Even though they are ‘working’ LBs get horny and sometimes test the boundaries or maybe just drunk. It’s happened to me and it’s about maintaining your boundaries. If it’s consensual then that’s up to you to weigh the risk.I expect most do take PrEP but of course that doesn’t prevent other STDs. Despite always using condoms I will get checked when I arrive home.I have had one situation where she told me that the condom broke (this can happen) and I was happy that she was honest with me about it. 2 mike746 and Jairockz reacted to this

I feel the thing that most put me off is that she didn't even ask me for consent, she just did it. She didn't seem drunk at all and looked very confident in what she was doing. Maybe she's on PrEP and clean, but I don't think I'll go with her anymore in the future as I found her quite inconsiderate and diva-like in her behavior in general. lbshagger 192 #4 Posted May 13, 2025 Never assume they are on PrEP and test regularly, whatever they or anyone else says. In fact assume the opposite and act accordingly to protect yourself. Take your own PrEP, roll the condom on yourself or watch them do it. Ultimately, your health is your responsibility, they won't give a damn about whatever they pass to you. 5 Pascal_00, mike746, frdx and 2 others reacted to this

Jonard 488 #6 Posted May 14, 2025 If you are worried about HIV, time of exposure matters. The virus is fragile. You being the top is another positive in this even if she is not on prep. I’d bet a lot of money you are fine but you should get checked regardless.

Exposure time was maybe 5-10 seconds lol. Also no wounds or blood or anything. Too bad we always have to keep these viruses in mind, especially with ladyboys, which makes it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the encounter. I guess that's the downside of having easily accessible sex with hot strangers! Edited May 15, 2025 by frdx 2 Jonard and JackJohn reacted to this

If you get caught out again, let's be honest it can easily happen, broken condom even, and you are not on PrEP and are concerned there is another option. A one month course of PEP, start ASAP after the exposure, less than 72 hours. The sooner the better. One pill a day, usually something like Biktarvy or Kocitaf here in Thailand, highly effective at stopping the virus taking hold. Only good for HIV obviously, nothing else but worth keeping in mind as a backup. 2 Ross77 and frdx reacted to this

Rookie1695 8 #10 Posted June 29, 2025 Without naming anyone I've had a few experiences with girls from the lounge bars who were willing to go bareback with me if I didn't mention condoms. So yeah use protection guys

If she put you halfway inside her ass and you pulled out quickly, you really shouldn't spend much time fretting about it. Slightly different matter if she shoved her bare cock in your ass. If it's a brief in and out, probably nothing to worry about unless it was very rough and painful. As most know, the virus needs a pathway to your bloodstream. Being a bottom and taking it bare is a much bigger risk than being a top and giving it bare, although the latter still presents some risk. Anal tissue tears much more easily than penile tissue, so the virus has an easier path to your system. Reduce the risk: 1) Always have condoms with you. Never assume the LB will have any, and if she does they may be too small, and a too small condom is a condom that is both uncomfortable and is more likely to break. 2) Lube is your friend. Lube means a lower likelihood of tissue tearing and lower risk of a condom breaking. 3) PrEP is an option if you have a very low tolerance for risk, drink until you're drunk and don't trust your judgment, and/or you bottom very frequently. As a top, I don't mess with the PrEP drugs. They're pretty strong, and lots of guys have somewhat unpleasant side effects. If an accident happens and you're anxious, get tested. The problem with testing is you won't have results until it is too late to prevent infection. The earliest you're likely to test positive if infected is 10 days after exposure. For the prevention drugs to work, you have to start them within three days of the exposure. If you're really anxious, start a course of Post-Exposure Prophylaxis treatment (link below) immediately. https://www.hiv.gov/hiv-basics/hiv-prevention/using-hiv-medication-to-reduce-risk/post-exposure-prophylaxis I've had two broken condom accidents. In both cases I inspected myself, saw no indication of tearing or lesions, so I washed up thoroughly and carried on. I do test every few years and have always been negative and have always assumed that would be the case. Getting infected is not as easy as some people think. If you practice rough sex and are a bottom, and have lots of partners into the same thing, sure...you're at risk. But the occasional slip, even if that slip means getting topped by a LB who cums in your ass, is probably not going to be the end of you. She'd have to be positive, not using PrEP or being treated for HIV and thus shedding virus, and you'd have to have some tearing of tissue. Odds are fairly low all that happens. Stay calm and carry on. 2 taaseesanuk and RobAus reacted to this

Stay calm and carry on. Thanks for your reply. After I had read up a bit more on the statistics I wasn't that worried anymore. Apparently being a top and contracting HIV is a much lower risk than I thought. I did get tested afterwards and was negative. At the clinic they gave me some information with some really awful statistics though. Apparently 2/3 of gay men in Thailand have HIV and only about half of those get treatment (if I remember correctly), which felt quite insane to me! I prefer to not take any meds unless needed, so I think I'll just move forward as I have been doing.
JackJohn 521 #13 Posted July 22, 2025 The legitimacy off those stats is always very dubious but it is likely to be quite a high percentage and thus covering up is always a must. I think I read that amongst transgender it is 1/4 of which around half are on treatment . Still not really that good when you put that into context how far the country has come trying to make medicine more affordable and even free in some cases. lbshagger 192 #14 Posted July 22, 2025 I would question the numbers, 66% of gay men have HIV? Seems on the high side. The people on treatment numbers are way off. Thailand scores fairly well here, I think it is something like over 90% of people knowingly living with HIV are on medication courtesy of the 30 baht health care scheme so the statistics should be fairly accurate. A bit of scare mongering by the clinic you visited i think.
Eddyseybrew 98 #15 Posted July 25, 2025 Yeah as others have already said the risk of HIV is almost zero but the risk of syphillis is present but only if the person was recently infected and had a lesion inside her ass. Syphillis is widespread in Thailand especially amongst the shemale community and it is not so simple as some might assume to get rid of and can get pretty nasty.
