Does using prep protect you when giving bbj and prevent permanent STD's ?

I am yet to do this and was wondering if using prep protects you from all permanent STDs (assuming one is vaccined for hep a and c), I read that hep b could only be transmitted from intercourse so I assumed that would protect from anything that couldn't be treatable with medication.

Thanks mate I just had a good read through and appreciate the help. I should have worded my question a bit differently.

I'm basically wanting to know if I am taking prep correctly and I have the available hep vaccines (I believe those are for A and C)
is it then safe for me to give an uncovered blowjob without having to worry about getting something that I cannot treat or get rid of?
