Mangmoon card would be great if it also included BTS As it is, only for MRT (Blue and Purple), Buses and the Airport Link.

I've got mine linked to Thai Bank Account using my Debit card.

Example: You can see a record of your rides as well

I went to register my Rabbit card with passport at Mo Chit a little while back, at the same time that then allowed me to link my Rabbit Card up to be used with LINE pay. As a result I no longer have to top up credit on my rabbit card now, it deducts the fare straight out of my bank and I get a message on LINE as soon as I swipe out at the station.

Guys, Both this and the Pattaya forum are having some server issues at the moment. We are currently running on a backup server, the forum may look a bit strange with missing functions while this is resolved. please bear with us.

Bus connection between Bangkok (Sukhumvit) and Pattaya
KendoUK replied to debacle17's topic in Transport and Travel
Problem with the songtaews at the bus station is they are now a bit picky about where they will drop off so it's not exactly door to door. Last time I used it they wouldn't turn into Soi Lengkee and dropped me on Third Road instead. -
What do the notifications say? I need to know so I can try and trace and resolve this issue a bit better...

The 5th capital sin...
KendoUK replied to Privateluca's topic in Restaurants, Places to Eat and nightlife
Hopefully, you'll get some good replies here. I can think of a few BM's who like fine dining. I'm no gourmet expert myself, but I'd say there are more high-quality eateries to be found in BKK than Pattaya. -
How to delete the attachments from private messages
KendoUK replied to ccctom's topic in Technology and I.T Forum
It's to stop people fucking up threads by going back and retrospectively editing or removing everything they ever said or posted. Four words.... Hilbert Space was here. -

Nope - that won't make any difference to the message storage quota. -
Immigration queues at DM made the news People having to wait 4 hours! http://m.bangkokpost.com/news/general/1300583/its-all-queue-much Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

The good thing is with the bus it turns onto the expressway not long after Ladprao intersection, but the traffic at said intersection can get locked up. Once your clear and up onto the expressway, about 15 minutes to Don Muang.

If you have a lot of luggage, the A1 Bus -> BTS Mo Chit to Nana option will be a grind although cheap, bus is 30 baht and 42 baht for BTS to Nana. As milhouse said, you can forgo the taxi queue (and airport taxi surcharge) easily by going up to the departure level and grabbing a taxi just after his passenger has got out and he's put his red light on again.

I was walking back from the football earlier and unwittingly walked past it, It looks like a Tetris level! It's not far from Rajamangla stadium on Ladprao 122. Yeah, it's off the beaten track for sure!

Was gonna say, bit of a trek to be over that side of town otherwise.

Yes it's been fixed. Just posting this from my phone.

I had a pretty good burger in there a few weeks back. Seems to be a young Scouse lad running the show @Kiwi these days,

I flew with them back from Isaan one time, standard budget kind of airline really. I noted legroom seemed a bit less than Air Asia or Nok. In flight meal was a 3 pack of Oreos and a small water.

Previously for all IT type queries you would tell people to visit Pantip Plaza, but I keep hearing good things about Fortune Town which is more conveniently located slap bang outside Phra Ram 9 MRT station (2 stops from Asok). http://www.thebangkokshoppingguide.com/fortune-town

Have you tried sticking a dildo to the walls yet?

I tried the A1 bus a few weeks ago. Must have been 5pm on a Friday night when I went, waited ages for the bus so it was very busy, jammed into the bus like sardines, traffic was real heavy until it got onto the expressway. Think I'll just stick to a taxi next time.

Lovely Indian restaurant on the ground floor these days.
