I saw a few shows in Patpong back in the 90's. Ping Pongs, razors, bananas, opening beer bottles and shooting the darts out to pop balloons tied to the roof. Very educational.
Saw one girl squirt half a banana out and a guy in the front row caught it in his mouth and ate it. Quality entertainment.

Years ago I BF a girl that wanted to go to a show. Was quite hammered and as it turned out the girls there shot out dart arrows, and one landed right on my table. Sobered up a bit and moved back from the scene. Quite a skill to push them so far out.

Hey mate, like yourself, having a well equipped gym is one of the factors I consider when I choose a hotel.
Ambassador soi 11 defs is up there for a hotel gym at this price range (1600thb or so p/night).
There is no pull up bar/station though, however they do have lat pulldowns. On my most recent visit, they also updated 50% of their machines so you get half new and half old-ish but still very very functional.
Keep in mind that they also allow casual use for 299thb per visit for non hotel guests (reduced from 400b per visit)
Another one with an awesome gym is legacy suites, but it is in soi 29, so quite a bit of a walk away from all the action - but the rooms here are superb and still at around 2000thb per night.
Have never stayed at hotel eleven.

AFAIK only one that does is My Lady Fashion Hotel. It's only one I've ever been to that has requested passport.

Yeah you can do that as you have described. Probably need only 30-45 minutes at the attraction itself, depends how photo trigger happy you are. Imo it's not worth it, from memory it's not even a working temple, just an art exhibit, at the time I went precovid it was a conveyer belt setup of tourist busses unloading and reloading tourists through it - the busiest place in CR by a long shot. The artist who made it has the whole top floor of MOCA in Bkk dedicated to his work, it is interesting and worth a visit too.

Although Agoda advertise ASQ bookings most reports I read say that the hotel does not allow it or cancel it. It seems that All ASQ have to be done directly through the hotel webpage. I booked through https://asq.in.th which just links directly to the hotel and the rest is done through email.
My hotel, Mövenpick soi 15, sent me a direct payment link, a secure visa payment site. The hotel asked for all the same documents that Thailand Pass required. A bit weird but knowing Thailand and their obsession with documentation I did it. No identity theft yet. This was in November
Pickup at airport was a bit chaotic and unorganized. But got a van eventually. Stay and food in hotel ok, PCR cleared after 8-9 hours. Paid 6400THB including 3 meals. Their new prices starting at 5200 including breakfast, and they confirm by email now that the test results will be delivered 8 hours after. No express service like Hyatt Place, Mercury and others.
Soi 15 is a major hangout for lbs/gg escorts. When my PCR cleared I walked around waiting for my regular massage lady to be available. Unsure if allowing girls at the hotels I smuggled her up to the room. Needed that 2 hour handjob w/kiss session to go as planned.
Food was good, I only ordered the Thai curry dishes. Drawback is no balcony. 8 hours daytime felt really long. Can't imagine doing 14 days locked up in a room. Kudos to those who did!!

That's consistent with my experience. All the hotels I looked into required direct contact with the hotel for ASQ bookings. The hotels had information about the ASQ bookings on their own websites but required that I book the reservation via email with their reservation service rather than through their online systems. It seems that Agoda and other booking services cannot provide the documentation required to complete the Thailand Pass application process.

I've used that ST-hotel a lot. They doesn't change the sheets too often so inspect the room and sheets with the staff before you tell them ok. Or make them change the sheets while you wait. As @Ropey says no problem getting there first. Most girls want you to do that and send a pic so they can see that you're actually there and not a scam. Before it was always 350 for 3 hours, but that may have changed.
Sadly most ST-hotels don't give a fuck about cleanliness. PB-hotel in soi 3 is the worst and if you ever use that one I recommend the drive-in building and not the main one, which is infested with bugs as well with dirty carpets on the floor. At several ST-rooms all over town you will at times see bugs running away when you put on the lights.
If cleanliness is your main concern I recommend you book a cheaper hotel room for one night instead. That is your only other option.

Generally short time hotels don't require ID, if you're worried about being spotted heading in together, you can always just go get the room and have her meet you once youre in by sending her the room number. I've never been to that one, so cant comment about it specifically though.

I booked a test and go with Solitaire. I arrived to Bangkok on a late midnight flight (11/8), there was a hotel rep that meets you after baggage claim, he then took me outside to the van which took me to the hotel, checked in around 1am. Was quite late, so I did not take the COVID test until 7:30am in the morning. Got my negative result around 7pm, and I was on my way to anywhere I wanted to go. The only issue I had was FOOD…. If you are arriving on a late flight like next, better bring food!!! Instant ramen bowl at least. If not, whatever food you have when you arrive will be extremely cold, as they bring dinner around 8pm. Overall though… not bad for around $120 USD.

If it's your first trip, you probably want to keep the itinerary simple. Maybe 75% Bangkok and 25% Pattaya. Or the opposite. Up to you. There is loads to see and do just in Bangkok for a first-timer.
I think most guys here go directly to Bangkok from BKK airport and make their jaunts elsewhere later in  the trip. On most trips I spend a month.  It's usually 2 weeks in Bangkok, then 1 week in Pattaya, then back to BKK for another week. Sometimes I go with my girlfriend to visit her family in Lampang for a few days. Other times we go to Hua Hin or Chiang Mai instead, but I always stay "headquartered" in Bangkok.
No need to mess with U-Tapao because BKK or DMK airports are only about 2 hours from Pattaya and you can fly anywhere from there with many more schedule options.
I don't care for Phuket and the LB scene is fairly minimal there anyway. I have never been to Samui, maybe others can help you.

Why don't you want injections? I have getting weekly testosterone injections from my doctor for several years now. It remains the fastest and best way to get what you are after. Whatever means of dosing you do, it will take a few weeks to obtain full effects. Unless you are spending a couple of months in LOS, beginning treatments at the start of a trip won't help you at all.

The review process has ceased since the borders closed. Because the criteria includes things like an on the ground trip report, hotel review etc generally being able to help others based on your reports which can't really happen at the moment. Fingers crossed for March, Thailand is experiencing a wave of infections currently and Thai logic dictates some random OTT policies will be introduced in the coming weeks.

Mask use is fucking hilarious, I watched a worker at Foodland take hers off to cough all over the vegetables in the produce section, then replace it, several times. Many people wear masks with their noses out, or just have it wrapped around their neck. Some taxi drivers are using masks that look like old oil rags, I had a driver today who was picking his nose and wiping it on the edge of the mask. Mainly farangs aren't wearing masks, I only do to not rile up the locals as a dirty farang spreading the Corona...

Was reading that they'll be opening the remaining stations by the end of this year, and that from one end to the other on the light-green Sukhumvit line will be about 1.5 hours. They will also be adding around a dozen new trains to make up for the extra stations IIRC.
Would be good to get the airport 'link' finally linking the two airports at some point, or at least having some metro line going to DMK. The original ambitious metro-plan with 13 different lines still looks a long ways away..

The testing bias is most likely to be for the professionals, the ones the BMs here are most likely to meet. Another positive for prep before you come.
I would assume that it refers to those they tested rather than over ladyboy numbers, because the data on that would be very sketchy.

PrEP is the way to ease your mind if you are concerned. Preliminary studies show that 2 pills 2-24h before (unprotected) anal sex and 1 pill a day the next two days gives the same protection as every day use (6 days a week provides full protection). It's a no-brainer.
The awareness of treatment amongst p4p workers in Bkk seems to be better than in Pattaya, perhaps due to all the organizations that visit the bars to inform of sexual health. As many is in treatment with no viral load, several of the high earning are on PrEP as well as some of the customers the number will eventually go down.

Great info. Tnx! I picked up three boxes of Teno-Em at Chula Basaj today for 660 a piece, a 500THB saving pr box.
The pharmacy is small and was filled with people, so kinda chaotic. But luckily only private orders when I was there, so done in 10 minutes.

I've tried some of the Thai apps recommended by locals. Too many bugs. Grab is the only one that is stable.
BTS App is improving but still a long way to go. As long as Line Pay and Rabbit have a connection it will probably be a long time before they bother to make an online system for tourists.
Download a BTS/MRT map instead and use a Rabbit card. There is no way I am trusting Line with my credit card info. Supposedly one can now top up the Rabbit card on the machines at the stations as well.
