I use SurfEasy with its USB VPN. What I like most is its separate from my computer and less chance for tracks being left....

What do you guys do to operate in a stealth mode so no traces of Web browsing are left behind on your laptop? I travel with a work laptop and don't want any traces of my porn left behind. Private mode of browsers don't work very well and still leave traces Ideas?

I use SurfEasy - a USB VPN. Beyond a VPN, it also opens a secure browser so anything you do stays within that and when you remove the USB, all traces are gone.....great for work and family computers :-)

Great post @Youngone - I have been racking up points at the BKK Courtyard If not using Marriott points - what is the hotel of choice you recommend?

I guess in the name of research I will have to try one of the short time rooms this weekend and see for sure :-)

What is up with the short time rooms not having any soap? I have used the rooms multiple times and each time, no soap. How about a wall dispenser for the liquid type......please......

In the USA, you can also apply for a second passport - they are only valid for 2 years, but that will keep you legal. As for the reason, you need one to go for a visa while you will be traveling on the primary. Then go to Thailand on the 2 year passport and they can stamp away and your GF will be none the wiser...... Problem solved :-)

Brushing teeth with tap water should be fine, but kep in mind, water squirted into the bum is absorbed much faster. Thus if there are germs, you will receive those directly. Bottle water is good, but who wants to carry so much water? A better option is a SteriPen or Camelbak UV filter for use on tap water. Have fun and remember the lube!!!!

100% agree on the value of carrying one. I currently have 500 THB creidt on mine and visit BKK every few months. Its great to just skip the ticket machine lines and jump right on. The card is well worth it.

DropBox app works great also...

If you are talking about JW Marriott, no they do not charge. But also don't walk in looking guilty, just walk in together as if you have been together long time. They will not risk embarrassing a guest....

Thailand now has a 25 baht per pill generic version of Viagra called Sidegra. According to reports it requires a prescription. This is a great alternative to sidewalk sales of the fakes and trying to buy India knockoffs. Does anyone have suggestions on where to get a low cost prescription? Please post your experiences getting and using Sidegra.

I have been using a new VPN service that works really well both inside the Kingdom and out. Its called SurfEasy, it was a Kickstarter project but is now mainstream. Nothing to load, its all the USB key. If you are in need of a private VPN service, I give them a thumbs up. Even at home I use a VPN as I don't want my local ISP to see my surfing habits and for sure don't want some of the sites I visit to show up by accident in by browser history.
