Whisgars is the place i was thinking of too. Walk up to end soi cowboy (passing cockatoo near end on right) Turn left and walk maybe 5 mins to Whisgars on right. Open beer garden with craft beers, good vibe. Burger truck in front and great blues band on Friday night.
