The food and drink menu is on their facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/1500219286936955/menu/?p_ref=pa

It pretty much looks like standard restaurant prices for soft drinks, beers and wine; cocktails however seem rather expensive. I'll definitely give the place a try later this month.

Visited last night with another BM.
It was their second night of soft opening so service team were getting used to their new role.
We shared three starters. Guacamole, Chilli and Salza - all delicious with great crispy corn crackers.
Main course was a terrific Chicken Fajita.
Prices reasonable and the old Paradise bar is not recognizable - a lot of expense and effort has been put in and it has a great quality feel to it.
The owners are attentive and care about how they are satisfying customers.
Mexican chef and a great attention to details.
Definitely will visit when in Bangkok. Close to Chaos and Nana.

Not open yet .... I'm waiting to try the Tequila selection when it opens.

Edit: Iceberg got a tour from the owner though and said it looked great and a lot of money was put into the place.

Having only been to hua hin once many years ago but with a trip planned in October with another BM, can anyone recommend me a nice hotel to stay?

    criteria are:
Close to town and bars, ie walking distance or a short taxi ride
Close to a nice area of beach.... Actually on it even better
    Swimming pool a bonus
Top end budget 5k baht per night ideally
rooms need to be nice too and not too old where you get that musty aircon smell some places.

Oh and obviously hotel staff that won't make an issue of us bringing ladyboys with us

Any advuce appreciated as there are so many places on Agoda I don't know where to start and can't find an easy feature to map location and price.

5 star hotel along the riverside. Not the best location for mongering but if I'm not wrong it is guest friendly. I work in the F&B department so not 100% sure either.

Remember the short cut to Soi 4 if going to 7/11, Laundry or other things that Soi 2 doesn't have. You can also take the Hotel Tuk Tuk down to Sukhumvit. I ran until until 11 most nights when I was there. Was great to take down to Rajah Hotel Entrance in front of Majestic Grande. Practically at Paradise Clubs door. You can also play pool for free there too.

I've stayed a couple times now for a week each time. I would have stayed in February however there rate increased and Aspen was about the same. Aspen is bigger, and had breakfast so I chose them.

I see you booked on Agoda. You can also book them through their website which saves a little, but morte importantly you can get a free upgrade if they have room as a return customer. For future reference.

Thanks for the review my friend! I'm glad I booked here now as it looks good, and close to the action + it's reasonably priced!
I hope to see ya in the fall(November) and will be buying you a beer or 2 for sure, for the info(or just because you're my mate 5555)!

I recently stayed at the i Check Inn on Soi 2. I was hoping to get the free upgrade as a repeat customer, however they were full so it was a smaller room than I had last time and no couch. I moved over from Aspen suites which is better for longer stays. i Check is about $15 AUD cheaper a night I think. My room wasn't ready yet so I had to wait in the Chill in room on the second floor. I had never been down to this level before. There I found that free coffee and hot chocolate machine like they have in the i Check Inn lobby on Soi 7/1. Also a pool table, restroom, and a room with a comfy couch and TV. Internet access which helped pass the hour wait I had until someone from reception came up and told me my room was ready.

No burners in the kitchen so no cooking like I was doing in Aspen Suites. However it was a decent sized kitchen which I used twice for standing sex. I had no problem with guest. In fact I had three in my room at the same time one night and they didn't bat an eye.

Tuk tuk was always ready to run me down to the end of Soi 2 or a convenient stop at Rajah Hotel complex.

I had a midnight flight back to Oz so I got a late check out to 5 P.M. for 500 baht. Usually it's 700 baht until 6 P.M. but they couldn't give me that because they were full. Aspen Suites was also full during this Christmas period, which tells me tourism is recovering. Prices are also higher than last year Christmas time at all the hotels I stayed at previously or compared.

    Monaco Hotel soi 2 Sukhumvit

Edit: Hotel now called, iCheck Inn hotel

Monaco Hotel is located on Sukhumvit Soi 2, a short walk to the Ploenchit BTS Skytrain and Nana’s nightlife. The hotel offers serviced apartment style rooms and suites, all fitted out with a balcony, kitchenette and beautiful wooden floor. High-tech amenities, such as LCD TVs with cable channels, high-speed Wi-Fi internet access and DVD player, are the standard offering in all room types. The only thing I found not up to scratch was the saftey deposit box as it was to small to hold a 11'9 inch netbook, nevermind a full laptop. I will take the I Pad mini next time. The balcony was rather small too

There’s also an outdoor swimming pool with sundeck, indoor Jacuzzi pool, gym and sauna you can use at the Marriott hotel just up the soi. The hotel provides 24-hour security and golf cart pick-up and drop-off to the main road. I used the golf cart a few times and often phoned them from the end of the soi and Rahj Car park.

All in all I found the staff friendly and willing to help and met the General Manager who gave me some chocolates as I left a really nice lady.

I was asked to give a hotel review and am happy to oblige, Heaven@4 was the 1st hotel I stayed at in LOS and I'll definitely be booking again on my next trip.It is on Soi 4 just a few blocks from NEP and right next door to Guess, very good location as it's right across the street from Pooks Beer Garden a great place to eat,and also it's very reasonably priced for BKK I booked on agoda for 3 nights at $148 USD and was very satisfied. Some of the features it has are as follows a great elevator so no climbing the stairs drunk also a very fast free WiFi connection in the room, but the staff was the biggest thing that made me feel so comfortable, in the 3 days I was there i brought back 4 LB's and the front desk never batted an eye. Also being so close to the action I never had to use ST rooms and felt very comfortable bringing them back to the room, just a few moments away. Here are some shots of the room, hope this gives you guys some idea of what the interior is like. Also it should be noted that the LB master himself Juri was also staying there and he gives it a thumbs up too Enjoy the pics.
