Aspira Hotel in Sukhumvit soi 7/1 across the road from Soi 10 is quite cheap at about 1,650 on Agoda.

Galleria hotel in soi 10 might be an option on Agoda?

Use hotel.com app and you will find a lots of hotel for that price. Some are in from of the new CIB.

i think he was asking for peoples experiences/ reviews . But yes , booking.com , exoedia , last minute , sawadee etc etc etc all will provide many hotels in and around Asoke.

I've been staying out in Suk soi 20 last 2-3 years.

It was called Privacy Suites, but changed to iCheck Hotel chain.

All rooms have a Kitchenette and balcony, which are my must haves when staying for more than 2 weeks.

I usually get upgrade to Deluxe corner room, but the rate is always about AU$50.00

Quite, LB friendly, staff are friendly. Cleaning staff will give extra towels & water etc. But no in-house rest or breakfast, that's why I go to supermarket to stock up on the basics and a few beers and breezers for the girls.

I had three and foursomes without any hazzle.. You should know, however, it is a non smoking hotel.. Let me know, if you want to have more informations..

Or go to Singapore! The most antiseptic. False, rude and totally boring place ( except the golf course which is great!)

The Key, Soi 19 Alley is good with a deluxe room at $50 per night. It is situated with two access points to Sukhumvit and very quiet. Very close to Robinson's and Market for food and toiletries. A five minute walk to Cowboy, 10 to NEP, no joiner fee and I hope I mentioned no noise. Perfect hideaway.

Furama Xclusive on soi 21. Good hotel, good rooms and no problems with guests.

Does the Furama Xclusive put on a really good breakfast like they do at Furama Silom?

For budget conscious travellers, i would recommend Serene Asoke Suites, formerly known as Wellness Residence

Pros

Rooms are approximately 700 ~ 900 baht per night,

Room size quite big 25 m²/269 ft²

less than 50 metres away from Soi Cowboy, about 100 metres away from MRT

Despite being near Soi Cowboy, rooms are relative quiet.

Clean rooms

Cons

A lot of rooms are windowless

For smokers, this is a no smoking hotel

room is a bit aged
