Took about 30 mins from Patpong on BTS DnH so not too bad mate

When you get to Phaya Thai BTS station face in the direction of the Mo Chit BTS line . Now exit the BTS on the right hand side and head towards the big intersection and cross Thanon Si Ayuttthaya and walk straight on staying on that same side of the road you should hit the big Hotel99 sign about 300 meters past that crossing . Head down the lane way off to your right and your there . Not much English going on and they hit me up for 400 Baht for ST room and I missed the round bed so I reckon I must be uglier than you Bronson ! Haha .. No soap in the room either so steal a wedge from whatever hotel your staying before visiting as I love a good soapy rub down shower !
