Yeah, I stayed there about 3 months ago, clean, good no problems to bring LBs, They had a problem with the air conditioning on the whole floor, so we all had to move, the guy at the front desk tryed to put me in a smaller room, I told him to get F, spoke to a lady called tea, she's the boss, she put me in a really nice room, I would stay there again, but, Eleven in soi 11 is a lot better, cheers

Hi Mikel, yeah I stayed there about three weeks ago, not my first time at Swiss, I was disappointed, Cleaning was below par, especially in wet areas, forget to leave me towels !!!! Sure, location excellent, breakfast very good. At the moment I'm in SOI 13 Citrus, bigger room, excellent service, and half the cost of Swiss.

I have had the same experience too, easy through immigration , leaving very quite, in fact I was shocked nobody there...…. since the boat went down in Phuket, not many Chinese Lets hope I have the same experience on the 16/01
